Anonymous update, but I've spent the last week using both your doc and outside evidence, as well as failed tickets to tumblr support and the cybersafety national hotline, and sent an open complaint to the FBI.
Your doc was linked, as well as my own collection of around 6 months of backlogged evidence that the photos flesh possesses are both illegal, violent, and dangerous.

I don’t know if I’m just misremembering things but I do recall an image that flesh would frequently send and had it as his pfp once for one of his troll accounts. It was an image of someone spreading their rear and showing their genitals. Shockingly, the wallpaper is similar in both images if you look in the background of Flesh’s first selfie. If Flesh is a minor, this is 10x worse since he was spreading that image around.

So sorry for the delayed response, I was waiting until I had the proof I was looking for.
I almost immediately remembered the image you were talking about when you mentioned the wallpaper and I went back to look but he never personally sent me that image and the accounts using it got terminated. Luckily, it looks like he started using it again before his most recent account got banned/he blocked me.

This account (hectic-hector2) is run by a goreposter/harasser and stalker who used to go by flesh-eater32 (hence my account name, and why we've started calling him Flesh). We can confirm that he is in fact not a 12 year old child and is most likely a mid-teenage to young-adult based on photos he's posted of himself.

It looks like his main (the mississippi-terrorist account) has been taken down and the last one he was active on was the onyxquakemaze one, which was the account he used when he (accidentally, I assume) confirmed that he ran the il-sicario account.

That blog in particular seems to have only been active during March of 2026.
Flesh has a habit of abandoning accounts, I assume to try and stop himself from being banned / having his accounts deactivated. Occasionally he'll go back to these accounts if his newer ones are getting too much attention. I like to keep track of all his accounts for this reason.
