I am slightly confused by the anonymous messages I've been getting lately. I don't know if it's spam, nor do I know if it is a person. Either way I am terribly confused.
Let's see if more decides to come.

Bora: Happy Chuseok from my little family 💜
This is absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for this gift, mine will not be as lovely but it sure is coming.
curiosity found trouble
continued from this
the question had the bodyguard freezing in his spot and looked over to where the other spoke to him, his fingers twisting around the slender ropes that he had picked up from the floor when he walked into the room. "... huh?"
Nari hit pause mid-stride, head cocking toward him with that knowing little smirk tugging at her lips as she crunched over the shattered glass littering the cabin’s floor. Rumor had it this rotting shack was the last known bolt-hole of some unhinged murderer—and of course that meant she had to go poking around, consequences be damned. Just to prove whether the bastard had actually drowned or was still out there, laughing at them all.
She’d dragged Byeol into this mess late tonight for a reason.
Watching him as his fingers hooked around the frayed ropes on the floor, she tossed back, “That’s definitely evidence. Bag it. I’m hitting the basement.” No question who’d be the one going first—because, let’s be real, Byeol was the only soul on this planet she’d trust with her back. Bodyguard title or not. It still didn't mean she would have him going down there when this had all been her idea.
Things that don’t matter to me about another roleplayer:
If you use icons; some people just can’t, or don’t like it.
If you have to reply on the mobile app; I can trim our posts for us so we don’t piss people off.
If you need time to reply; Just let me know so I don’t think the thread is dropped. Everyone takes different amounts of time to do things. Never feel bad if your muse just isn’t working with you.
If you need to drop a thread; as long as you tell me I wont be mad. Sometimes we all just have too much going on, or get bored. We can always plot somethign else.
If you don’t ship our muses; Some people just don’t work together, and maybe they should just be friends. Friends aren’t a second place trophy, and I wont treat them like they are.
If your text is fancy; concentrate on the words you use, not the aesthetics. Wont matter to me if you took an extra how ever long making the words little, if I’m only getting two words back anyways.
If your replies match mine in length; Sometimes you can’t find enough words, and you shouldn’t feel bad. As long as you tired your best.
You know what I do care about? That you think of it more like fun, than work. If it’s just work interacting with my muse, then tell me, because something needs to change.

As the dust settled around him, a sharp stake spun lazily between his fingers. He remained poised and ready, waiting for the next challenger to make their move. This was a common greeting for him, especially on his first night in a new city. Taejun had already been on the hunt for the head of a well-known vampire for quite some time. Coincidentally, in addition to this task, the council had also decided to saddle him with a babysitting gig as a means of keeping him in line.
The role of watchers—or rather guardians—ran deep in his bloodline. Just like most of his ancestors, he had been chosen to fight alongside a gifted vampire slayer. However, the council was soon to realize that Taejun had no interest in taking on the role of being anyone's guardian. In his eyes, it was a mere distraction, an obstacle that slowed him down. He was confident in his abilities to slay the vampires on his own, even without the special abilities that the slayers possessed.
Taejun had honed his skills in combat: he was swift, relentless, and above all, he was determined to put an end to the growing problem of the vampire population becoming stronger. He was prepared to become a nuisance to whichever creature was out there leading the whole operation. At least, that was his plan until an official order from the council arrived at his door one night.
The sight of those scarlet letters turned his plans upside down, and he gritted his teeth in irritation. He could sense the bond between himself and the potential slayer he was supposed to guide and train. This realization should have come to him long ago, but he was convinced that such a thing had just skipped over him. Despite his efforts to ignore it, the council found out.
Now, here he was, on his very first night in the city where his slayer had just arrived. Yet, he was already being surrounded by vampires. A deep voice echoed from him, "Come on," before three of them sprang forward from the shadows to attack. A small smirk played on his lips as he immediately jerked into action, prepared to fight each of them. Whatever neighborhood he’d come to his slayer resided there and he was on his way to meeting her.

༊⋆。˚ it still baffled her —- how much she looked like hyemi . sometimes it caught her off guard . yet aeri felt as though she could trust hyeri with her life ; tell her her secrets and everything that made her .. her . no judgement . a close bond forming almost i n s t a n t l y between the two . the fox had been getting stronger as of late . the nightmares haunting her every waking minute —- even making her go as far as to try and expel the entity from within but nothing helped . exhausted , she ran a hand through her hair and turned to the female . ❛ do you ever just feel like .. i don't know —- ❜ she trailed off , eyes downcast before taking a deep breath , ❛ things are more complicated than they should be . ❜
For Hyeri, friendship —among other things— often came with a high cost, which usually resulted in her feeling outcast because she wasn't like other girls— a cringe-worthy statement. So when her watcher decided to move her to a different university after a year, Hyeri eagerly anticipated being able to have a fresh start. That's when she met Aeri, and everything seemed to fall into place in a strange way. For the first time in her life, Hyeri felt as though she had made a real friend, someone she could relate to and vice versa.
"Right?!" Hyeri exclaimed, nodding her head. It was as if Aeri could read her inner thoughts, as she agreed wholeheartedly. "And it's so heavy, you don't even know if and when you're making the right decision for yourself. What is the right way, anyway, you know what I mean?"
She picked up her large peanut butter and chocolate milkshake and took three long sips, then looked at Aeri. "You've got a partner in crime, though. Whatever it is, you don't have to go through it alone." With that, she nudged her friend gently, doing a little shimmy of her shoulders in hopes of lifting Aeri's spirits. It was clear that something had been weighing on Aeri's mind for a while.

nox immediately started to fidget with the end of his sleeves, clearly rattled with the situation at hand. he couldn't bring himself to confront or acknowledge his feelings towards silas, despite the undeniable flutter and faster beating of his heart whenever they were close. trying to divert the conversation, nox blurted out, "why do you always stir up trouble? weren't you the one who invited me here to try a new dish?" he desperately hoped to shift the focus away from their complicated dynamic, not wanting to risk their friendship or face the possibility of a broken heart. deep down, nox doubted that silas' family would ever accept him as more than just a friend. the fear of rejection and the potential consequences weighed heavily on his mind.

dahye pursed her lips quietly, the sound of the rain hitting against the umbrella only growing louder the longer the two of them stood in front of the entrance doors of their campus building. after another moment, dahye held out an open hand to evie, a gesture filled with concern. “then let’s go, my place is closer,” she said, determination in her voice. even if evie insisted on not doing so, dahye would carry her there if she had to. this act of kindness was unusual for dahye, who usually kept to herself and paid little attention to others. but evie was different. there was a special bond between them that melted dahye's icy demeanor and brought out a warmth that she rarely showed. of course, if anyone were to ask, dahye would deny it and tell them to mind their own business.
꒰ * 。 ˚ . ✧ ꒱ when she responded, he really didn't care. yungjun had tuned everything out and his predatory instincts took over. he is hungry and all he could hear is the sound of her blood pumping through her veins. when his teeth sink into her skin and puncturing it, the warm blood pouring down his throat and soothing his hunger, all he could think about is more -- that is when his feeding is interrupted by her pushing him back. wait, how did this tiny thing push him? raising a brow, yungjun moves in closer to her after it sets in that she isn't normal. he had ran across a few like her in his two centuries. " yeah? i'd like to see you try. " his gazes flickers up and down over her, grinning.
hyeri visibly pretended to gag at his words, puffing her chest out in a mocking gesture to slightly taunt him. "I'd like to see you try," she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "think you're so strong, big scary man, ooo." it was a quick comeback, but she let out a sigh, allowing her arms to fall to her side momentarily. this scenario always seemed to happen to her. she would come across an adversary who would immediately underestimate her based solely on her appearance. so what if she had a better sense of fashion that most slayers didn't possess? what was the big deal? "come on, let's just get this over with. I'm already late for class, and I really don't want to be forced to sit in the front," hyeri said. she was pretty sure the vampire couldn't care less about whether or not she was afraid of being embarrassed on her first day at a new school. so, without further ado, she flung a sharp spinning kick in his direction, hoping to pierce him in the face with her heel if she could.
after the great time she had in the club, hyemi was just parting ways with her friends ( were they really friends though ! ), when a guy she danced with earlier approached her. from what it seemed, he was going the same direction as her. naively of her, she thought he wasn't a guy with bad intentions for he had been quite nice throughout the night. oh she couldn't be more wrong! in the dead of the night, with the night's dark veil upon the city, hyemi found herself being pushed into a dead end street. " what are you doing–- " she was interrupted by being pushed towards a building, causing her to shriek when her back hit the wall. the next thing she saw were glowing red eyes and fangs ... wait, fangs? her eyes watered and the moment the guy went for her neck, she grabbed his face in an attempt to keep him away. " what the heck is that!? " she screamed, scared. her heart was beating like crazy and she thought it was going to burst any time. " someone–- help! " she cried, hoping that someone ... maybe someone could hear her call! / @fleursqre
it made perfect sense for a young university student to be out on a Saturday night hitting up the clubs, it was something like a second calling to the life of a young adult. though for hyeri, being at the club on most fun-filled nights were less for the enjoyment and more out of an obligation to keep others safe from whatever creatures were lurking in the dark. she blended in well with the crowds, sometimes she even found herself getting lost in the beat of the music on the dance floor despite her body being ready to jump into action as a slayer at any given moment.
stepping out into the fresh night air, hyeri felt almost elated that she didn't have to go hunting any vampires until she heard a scream of distress. "shit!" hyeri hissed, already taking off in the direction of where the cries seemed to be coming from, her heels hitting against the pavement as she rounded a corner to a more secluded area that no one really went down. it was a dead end after all and poorly lit, but she saw all that she needed to see, wasting no time to speed up in her sprint, jump, and kick the vampire who was trying to force himself and his fangs onto the poor woman he had cornered.
"hey! can't take a hint? she's just not that into you—- but I am," hyeri scoffed, a small smirk playing on her lips as the vampire immediately regained composure after being kicked to the ground so harshly. "d’aww surprise, bitch!" well, that last little snark had the vampire charging at her, but she was ready. the stake slipped from her jacket sleeve as the two of them fought. she ducked and spun around just in time to send the wooden stake through his unbeating heart until he burst into ash.
hyeri felt a surge of satisfaction as the dust settled, knowing that she had once again saved another innocent person from the clutches of a vampire. she brushed off her clothes and adjusted her jacket as a slayer, her duty was never done, but what concerned her right then was the woman who’d been attacked. “are you alright, did he hurt you anywhere?” the questions came out in a flurry as she rushed to check on the other woman.

" want to know a secret? you can't tell anyone. " he teases, his own finger pressing to his lips, looking around the campus halls as if someone may overhear - no one was around due to being in class currently. within seconds, yungjun's eyes darken, veins becoming prominent under his eyes and his teeth sink into her pretty neck.

"twice this week actually," she muttered, unaware that she was standing face-to-face with her arch-nemesis. what could be worse than being transferred to a new school in the middle of the school year? It was horrendous. for hyeri, it would have to be unexpectedly encountering a troublemaker with fangs in the middle of the campus hallway, his fangs penetrating her delicate neck. if it weren't for her guardian swearing that this particular school had become a hot spot, she would have been happily spending time with her friends in the states. there was no cheerleading, no clubs that interested her, just people actually studying. without hesitation, she swiftly lifted her hand to forcefully push the stranger back, displaying an uncharacteristic strength. "oh, look I've got a secret to share too and it comes with good ol' ass-whopping waiting for you,”
