I feel like on paper I am doing v well atm (getting necessary uni work done, have a wee job in a stationery store, and have made an attempt to exercise which is not half hearted), but every time i stop to relax i cant bring myself to do anything of enjoyment (apart from binge watching 90210) and i sort of feel like im rotting and im clenching my jaw and grinding my teeth a lot. tried to make an appointment w/ my advisor of studies, but he’s away on research atm. going to try harder 2 use my free time to do nice things.

went to visit my brother in birmingham. that was nice and he’s moving to portugal to do his first big boy job.

also went to new lanark on a training weekend to become a peer sex educator

i want to do music stuff again but dont know where to begin
