i've posted a comparison of these translations before but compiling again for a post:
the official translation (first image) of "ちょっと少女願望ありまして" to "maybe i wouldn't mind being a little girl" definitely feels way more accurate than the others that i've seen throughout the years, but i would argue that since yuuto is a 15 year old, and so well within the normal age range of use for the word "少女" that specifying "little" here before "girl" feels misleading
and also with how the same phrase "少女願望" when she used it in other contexts in the anime was translated "feminine desire"
with my limited japanese i feel like it reads more "'i might/kinda wanna be a girl' to me
