why i don't really think jax is a trans woman or trans in general (mostly focused on the trans woman part because that's the most popular interpretation , but it can make sense in any interpretation) , as requested by @hashkath-skies

TADC FINALE SPOILERS
for the mosy part it's because throughout tadc , jax has been misogynist and abusive to the women in the main cast , especially towards gangle ranging from sexual blackmail to just being plain mean to her for no reason other than her being meek and rarely having on the mask that makes her less likely to yield to negative behaviours from others , therefore making her fairly vulnerable to abusive behaviours (speaking as someone who has also had points where i'm more vulnerable to abuse due to a bad mental state). jax takes advantage of that , and while it may be played off as a joke in the show it still works for my claim .
with that being said , glitch , as far as i know , is fairly aware of fanbase reactions (while they do sweep things under the rug at times , they have addressed concerns before) . them canonizing jax as a trans woman feels like they would be saying 'look , the character who's treated women horribly throughout the show is trans ! it was all internalized !' , which is a sentiment i have heard before from people in the fandom . someone i am no longer friends with literally got mad at me because i said i hoped jax abstracts in the finale due to his abusive / misogynistic behaviour , and started talking about how i shouldn't hate him because he headcanoned jax a trans woman . it just feels strange to characterize him as an abusive misogynist who very clearly doesn't like women throughout the whole show and then at the very end go 'wow look guys he was only an abusive misogynist because he's trans !!' , yknow ?
also if they canonized him as trans at the end of the finale the fanbase would probably be miffed about it because he just killed himself and they decided to add that he's trans . it should be very clear why that would be weird
this isn't me saying anyone who headcanons jax as trans is wrong because i don't like the headcanon , i genuinely don't give a shit about what you do . you aren't hurting anyone , and neither am i . i'm only sharing my full opinion because someone asked . i won't debate anyone on this because i don't care . if you really wanna try arguing , go ahead , but just remember you are fighting with a random 16 year old on the internet and probably could spend your time on something else

i am friends with trans women . no clue where the idea that i don't interact with them came from .
when i say 'glitch' i am referring to it as a collective company , which INCLUDES gooseworx . glitch just does the most pr stuff so i stuck to that
i never said anything that says 'if they canonized him as a trans woman it's transmisogynistic' , i just said it's iffy because it follows multiple stereotypes used by terfs and transphobes (like how they say stuff like "trans women are abusive , trans women are misogynists , trans women kill themselves") . i never accused glitch or anyone else of transmisogyny . there is a huge difference between the statements of 'this is harmless but feels a little iffy' and 'this is straight up harmful'
i personally don't think jax from tadc is a trans woman or trans man or anything i think he's a cisgender man and i will gladly explain in a post if anyone wants my reasoning
