Idk if it’s the class or not, but Jiu-Jitsu felt awful af yesterday, and idk if I’ll do it again. I was there yesterday feeling dissociated due to being scared and wasen’t able to follow any instructions, and felt so uncomf being thrown around. I even cried walking back home too.
