what was the point of putting so many parallels of keith and lance to romantic aspects of the show? the bonding moment directly parallels the hunk and shay scene in the same episode, lance and keith always look at each other like they’re in love, the ending frame with the leave the math to pidge scene directly parallels how matt looks at allura (which is viewed as a romantic-esque scene!!). why did they have to play “to go home” in the background of the bonding moment scene? why is the lighting so soft and why are they holding hands in the scene? why was the scene brought up twice in literally the next episode? why are they continuously scenes where facial expressions are drawn a certain way to either parallel a scene that was romantic or that just seem suspect as hell? once is animation mistake? but like 20 different times? and when lm said that facial expressions were important? why did lance have the same expression as saying he was waiting for his “mrs. blue lion” when he was talking about keith? why was lance so pained when keith left? why did they draw lance with the same expression he uses when flirting with girls with keith in the s2 poster? why do they always make a point to have lance concerned with keith’s wellbeing? why are there parallels between texas and krolia and keith and lance? why are there more parallels being made as everyday goes by?
