was thinking about claudia and her saying she likes lestat more than louis and idk i think this is completely reasonable and true of her. from basically the second she came out of the 'womb' so to speak, louis was communicating with her telepathically. he was already putting her in a position where she felt she had to like him more. like of course she would feel more bonded to him when thats what she was presented with on day 1. But anyway basically the way i see it is that i think she may have felt closer or more bonded with louis because of how often they were together. but i think lestat actually saw her for who she was and accepted her ugly parts in a way louis never would've. so i think for that alone it would make sense that she liked him more
