(for number 10 I recommend a mental excercise: each tick of the clock in the song after the drop at 2:02 is 7 days earth time (as per the movie), at 2:38 the ticking is in a specific order and goes faster. Select point A in your life (somewhere in the past) and point B (your present). And for every tick (7 days) think of a moment in those 7 days). Trust me, if concentrated enough your brain will automatically select the each and most vivid memory of those 7 days for a time frame you select and it will hit you like a bunch of bricks. “wow”. anyways this just might be me being some crazy dude)
