It’s been a while

I left my job at Lush and I was happy about the decision, but I recently moved in with just my bf and went from two jobs to no jobs and now I’m lonely and sad and missing being in the middle of something and being busy! 

So it seems I can’t win.

I’m sat in bed crying about the fact that people don’t let slugs eat their plants and I’ve become an emotionally invested slug-rights advocate and most people would think this is the dumbest thing they’ve ever heard but honestly I’m eternally grateful that I am a compassionate and critical being who can cry about slugs.

I haven't been doing much other than working, but my new job is A+++ excellent and my mood about my old job is 1000x better because I have taken one foot out and placed it firmly somewhere with nice people who pay me better. And I'm back on campus for my new job which is inspiring me to actually do some uni work. And I went to my first yoga class in a year or so today and it was great. Here is a picture of the lovely aesthetics of my room. Air plant 2.0 is surviving much better than my first one. My amazing friend made this alethiometer card for me years ago. She is great. Hendrick's is a superior gin to all other gin. This has been an update.

So someone at work who only just got hired on from being a Christmas temp is also doing the same internship as me...and I'm super bummed about it. I don't want to sound like a bitch but seriously this girl is going for supervisor AND doing this internship and I'm just like...step off my turf, i've been here 2 years working myself to the bone, I deserve this.
