[I'm really bad at being consistent and I need to fix it]
Good thing Cordelia intervened and talked Sumia out of it â much to Gaiusâs dismay lol.
Omake because itâs an excuse for me to draw the babbu:
(Hereâs one without the backlight.)
Henry laughed a bit as he had his fun before walking over to Sumia. âMaybe I should look into being an assassin if I get better at being sneaky.â He then did a quick check, making sure he didnât hurt her with his prank. âYou know Sumia maybe someone hexed you which is why you trip a lot. I could give you a hand and if it is not a hex maybe I can come up with something so you donât trip a lot.â He said never losing his smile.
"Hmm?" Sumia blinked at Henry before her look went a bit nervous. "O-oh, well you'd certainly be an effective one when it comes to sneaking... You're much better with your hexes anyway though. We'd all like you as a mage, Henry!" Lowering the book in her hand to her side thigh, she used her other hand to brush off any lose dust from her tunic, both front and back.Â
She found herself pause however, her gaze returning to Henry at his comment. "A hex..? Well, that would explain this clumsiness a bit..." Sumia had to be truthful to herself- to be able to not trip once every hour, that'd be a blessing. A wonderful blessing. Perhaps then she could be of better use to the Shepherds! She knew that hexes can be dangerous, but surely not all of them are..? A small hopeful smile appeared on her lips.
"Well... okay! If you could give a hand, that'd be great. Um... it won't hurt though, right..?"

[[ AwwwâŚ. Missed you! ]]
[Aah, thank you! Missed you guys too <3]
"...My absence was most unexpected of myself, I will say that...: Terribly sorry, everyone!"
we have been playing too much awakening mafia part 7/??
Sumia, despite her clumsiness, works hard and eschews her familyâs finances and political power to earn a living as a junior reporter for one of the nationâs premier newspapers. Her stellar memory and prying nature are a boon for her employers and a huge pain in the ass problem for the players in the capital-wide power play. She makes friends with Lissa and Chrom, but she suspects they engage in some criminal acts in order to defend the cityâŚ
[Hey hey, so been meaning to get to replies, but ah, distractions and whatnot kept me from doing them. Iâll see about getting one done tonight if possible.
On the other hand, just wanted to say that iâll be out on a trip from tomorrow to June 2. Weâll be going to Chena Hot Springs and Valdez for a cruise (yea, I be Alaskan eh he), so depending on how the internet connection is, I may or may not be on much, and as such may not be able to get to replies until I get back. Iâll try to do some if possible while on the trip, but Iâll just leave this here to explain my possible absence.]
[oh ye
i meant to mention this sooner, but iâve decided to allow multi-shipping on this blog
theyâll just be like, different timelines and stuff
so baby
come help me put the âdaddyâ in âsugar daddyâ ;D]
[reblogging from my other account, but this also applies here. I will also multi-ship for Sumia, again with separate timelines and whatnot.]
[[Song, I was aiming for the meaning of the Amaryllis in the Japanese flower language (hanakotoba) |D It means 'shy', not so ironically. |D Gods, I'm so gomen.]]
[OH
OH CHEESUS I HADNâT HEARD ABOUT THE JAPANESE FLOWER LANGUAGE BEFORE this is what happens when i try to write responses at two in the morning this is a bit embarrassing |D
WELP I MESSED THAT UP Iâm sorry about that xD]
[okay i lied and actually got some replies done
i have a couple more to do, but i'll try doing them tomorrow! i need to get some sleep, so good night!]

âHmm? Is that Sumia?â Robin looked over as she sat on a log outside on the campgrounds, seeing the familiar pegasus knight wandering in her direction.
Carrying a small bag along with her, Sumia walked outside the campgrounds, her eyes scanning the area all around her. "Stahl said he had seen her just outside the campgrounds... I wonder where she could be... Oh!" Finally locating the person of interest, she quickly walked over as best she could to where Robin was seated, trying her best not to stumble and drop her bag.
"Ah, Robin! There you are! I was looking all around for you!" she said once she reached the tactician, a smile glowing from her features. "Am I disturbing anything?"

âGreetings to all for Itâs nice to see all these familiar faces once more~ but for those who Iâm unfamiliar with, or have not shared a discussion or two before, I promise you I donât bite. May our time together be more lax, pleasant, and memorable for years to come.â
"Oh! The Voice!" Sumia gave a bright smile as she ran over to the familiar face. It had certainly been a while since she had seen the manakete and she was gladdened to see she was doing all right- as much as she could tell at least. "Lady Tiki, h-" Before she could even finish, the tip of Sumia's boot landed on a small rock. Though it was just a small piece, the impact of her foot hitting it was enough for her to lose her balance and fall face first into the ground.
"Ow ow ow..." Pushing her body back up, she gave her face a few rubs to scrap any dirt off before standing straight back up, her expression a bit embarrassed. "Excusing that moment... I haven't seen you in a while, Lady Tiki," she began, her smile returning. "Have you been well?"
/Marth leaves an amaryllis on the table.
âPhew⌠What a busy day⌠I canât wait to take a small restâŚâ Sumia said to herself as she opened the flap to her tent and walked inside. Another day has come and gone with socializing, organizing, tending to the animals of the Shepherds, and baking a pie or two for Chrom. While she enjoyed it, she was ready to call it a day and rest. After all, a tired Shepherd wouldnât be a very effective Shepherd!
Walking over to where her night clothes laid, Sumia took a hold of her nightshirt before noticing a peculiar object upon her desk. Letting go of her clothing, she picked up the flower and stared at it with curiosity, confusion and wonder. âOh⌠such a pretty flower⌠Now who would come in and leave this here..?â
Her train of thought stopped however once she realized just what kind of flower it was. ââŚAn amaryllisâŚâ
She had heard about a story involving the amaryllis- a tragic tale about a shy shepherdess who had fallen in love with a shepherd with great strength. The shepherd had not loved her back, instead loving only flowers and wished for nothing but to have the most unique flower in existence. Not letting it waver her heart, the shepherdess had went to the shepherdâs door for thirty nights, piercing her own heart each time until the thirtieth day, when the shepherd opened his door and found a small amaryllis in a pool of the shepherdessâ own blood from her heart.
Though a tragic story, Sumia couldnât help but smile. The love went unrequited, but the meaning behind the flower she knew. Pride⌠determinationâŚ
ââŚRadiant beautyâŚâ
She couldnât help but hold the little flower against her cheek. Even though she didnât believe herself to have the most beautiful or stunning looks, this was still a nice gesture to her. Giving a small giggle, she quickly searched and found one of her vases and poured some water in, gently placing the delicate flower inside the vase.
Sumia had little idea on who it was who had given her such a meaningful flower, but she silently thanked them each time her eyes fell upon it.
[Sorry for being away for a while! I've been spending the last few days doing a mix of cleaning around the house (since we're going to have family over) and many games of FE:A EpicMafia. FE Mafia is really distracting and addicting, and tends to drain me of roleplaying after a few hours since I like to roleplay while doing it...
Later on today or tomorrow i'll try to get back to some replies though! Sorry again for the wait!]
[Well, I must call it a night now. Thank you for that fun moment of roleplaying! For now, I owe magefromplegia a reply. I'll get to it as soon as I can!
Night~!]
âEr, right! Iâm glad to hear all is well, and whether anyone would think to or not because of you, I still thank you.â
âTch, no trouble at all,â Vaike reassured her with an easy smile. âSo how ya been? Ya been gone for a while now, itâs good to have you back!â
"I've been fine! No different than usual, really. I'm sorry for being gone so long too! Chrom had me go buy some supplies from a town we visited days ago, but I er, had some... issues come up that I had to fix while gone, so I took longer to get back." Sumia couldn't help but smile at the last words. "And it's good to be back among my friends again. I hope I hadn't worried any of you guys."
magefromplegia replied to your post: Henry smiles, as usual, and started to sneak up on Sumia to see what she was doing. He was bored and figured this would be a fun way to kill time.
Henry couldnât help himself as his smile turned mischievous and he leaned in and whispered. âWhatcha reading Sumia?â
Fully involved in the story, Sumia's eyes continued to gloss over the page as Henry leaned closer and closer to her. Right as she was about to turn the page...
"AUUUGH!"
Dropping the book, Sumia moved her foot to turn around but got caught instead on her other leg and she tripped, falling on her bum as she let out a small 'oof'. Thankfully this has happened enough times that it didn't hurt her very much anymore. Lifting her head up, she stared at Henry for a second before letting out a sigh. "Woah, you really scared me there, Henry. I didn't even hear you coming!"Â
Reaching over to where her book had fallen, Sumia picked it back up and lifted herself up before holding the cover out towards Henry. "I was just reading this book called, 'The Princess Who Fell Down the Stairs'. It's actually a pretty good book! I can relate to the princess quite well..."
