Kamuroooooo, the jinkos are trying to hide themselves in christmas boxes on my doorstep! How do I tell the difference without spoiling the Christmas surprise?

Generally, jinko trick boxes have a few holes so that they’re able to breathe. If you spot a box with holes, close your door and call the proper authorities. If not, you could try pushing it off of your doorstep with a long branch or a mop.
