i can relate with you. the feeling of fear and collapsing. the feeling of lagging behind. however, it’s okay to collapse, and it’s okay to not get up as well. you just have to love the people you love around you and breathe with them.

I can completely relate with how you feel. But i hate the fact that I’m collapsing. So I always think about how I can overcome it and even if it may be torturous I will keep moving till I gain confidence. of course you don’t need confidence to be the reason

you just need to believe yourself slowly and i think that’s all there is to it. but it’s just that i’m the kind that when i work hard i gain confidence and it encourages me to move. on the other hand, this is also my own way and does not take into account of your thoughts

so i hope that you will think about your own thoughts and how you deal with things and believe in yourself. if it gets too tiring it’s okay to just sit down (flop to the floor). if you can overcome this, crash through it, choose freely and let’s be happy!!!

i won’t tell you to have strength. it’s cold so beware of catching a flu, stay healthy and happy ^^
