Behind the Scenes #4
In early drafts, Kent was more guarded — almost too guarded. Letting the cracks show made him human. And that’s when the story really started to breathe.
Meet the Setting
The town where Kent and Mark meet isn’t real — but it’s stitched together from all the places that shaped me. Small-town quiet, big-sky summers, and that feeling that everyone knows your business.

Have you ever had someone challenge the way you see yourself — and you liked it? Kent’s attraction to Mark isn’t just desire. It’s a mirror. 📖 Claiming Kent on Amazon
Behind the Scenes #3
The first scene I wrote for Claiming Kent was actually the last scene in the book. I didn’t know who these people were yet — but I knew where they’d end up. Everything else was just finding my way there.
Meet Mark
Mark wasn’t supposed to be permanent. Kent wasn’t supposed to notice. Claiming Kent is about the moments that undo you — and the people you can’t stop thinking about. 📖 Read on Amazon

Let’s go for a swim
I re-blog this dude every time. No special grooming, or lighting, or flexing. Just a dude sitting in his back yard who smiled for a pic. Hotter than any professional model or instagram influencer.
I’m picturing him saying “I’ve always wanted to try it”
Anything he wants
Humanity has finally found a way to communicate with crabs, we realize they're smarter than us. Now that they know we know, what are they going to do?
We’re in immediate danger now that the crabs know that we know.
His/His
Writing sex scenes between men is a pronoun challenge! “Fred sucked Mark’s dick until he came.”
Until who came? Fred or Mark? Seriously, I’m having to learn to be a better writer so I can do this.
The Swimming Hole
Kent swam to the farthest corner of the swimming hole so he could climb out in relative privacy. Talking with Mark at the top of the rock had gotten him tingling in in some unexpected places, and now his stiffening cock was pushing against his bathing suit. Thankfully he had jumped before Mark had seen anything, at least he thought so. Trying to ignore the conversation that had gotten him here, he climbed out, shielding his tenting cock with his left thigh, and headed back to his truck.
