i wanna a-rank lowena and adia now. Just to see what their support chain is like lol
Ok, so I went completely overboard and just wrote what their A rank support might be! I hope you enjoy it 😅.
Lowena: I understand you have your views, and I have mine. But… I suppose it would be impolite not to have a cup of something with you. For the sake of our fathers, at least.
Lowena: Father usually brings coffee and tea for them both, so I did too. Would you like a cup?
Adia: Yes. I suppose I would…
Lowena: The weather we have been having is-
Adia: Pretending to enjoy discussing frivolity. We both know this is a farce.
Lowena: Surely there is more to me - and to you - than the empire or our parent’s war? Can we not just sit and discuss the beauty of the nature around us - and pretend, at least for a moment, that there is nothing more than trees and the breeze.
Lowena: Perhaps this was misguided.
Adia: Fine. Add sugar and milk please.
Adia: There is one thing about poetry that I… tolerate. [they will have previously discussed how Adia hates poetry in their B or C support] It has the capacity to describe the natural phenomena of the world in an emotive way. The sciences do lack that quality. [in their C support they discussed the sciences]
Lowena: Admitting defeat! Heh! I suppose that means you read the book on poetics of the natural world?
Lowena: I hope you enjoyed it.
Adia: I was surprised that the vile Serios’ work was permitted in an Imperial volume. But there is no denying that the creature had a talent for verse.
Lowena: Yes. Though even before the war, Lady Rhea was not known for her poetry, she did have a lovely way of using rhythm.
Adia: We do not use that name, Lowena. It was used to deceive the masses and poison the feckless traitors that our Empire removed.
Lowena: Of course… my apologies.
Adia: I actually asked father why that was permitted, but apparently regulating literature is a tricky business, and eliminating more of the creature’s works would have aroused suspicion.
Adia: For all of the incredible failings, you can understand why people followed those… things. Serios had a way with words.
Adia: That is Dagdan coffee?
Lowena: Y-Yes. I asked my father to borrow some beans - he keeps it for when he must smooth waters with your father I believe.
Adia: It’s lovely… Thank you.
Lowena: By the way… I do not mean to pry, [Adia’s portrait changes to angry], but your hand’s… erm… the Agarthan technology in the wrist seems to have spread upwards. Are you quite well?
Adia: I believe I have had enough of this… tea time now.
Lowena: Wait! I only wanted to express concern - I meant no harm! I mean it!
Lowena: Please. Stay. I just wanted to ask how adventurous the experimentation had become. But I overstepped. I apologise.
Lowena: I have heard unpleasant stories about what that technology does to people. Lady Cornelia for example, father told me of the preemptive strike against her forces; but before the war she had been a healer, and -
Adia: Information on Agartha is secret and known only to the imperial family and the Vestras. I knew this was just some ploy to gain information.
Lowena: I assure you that it was not!
Adia: Father was foolish in persuading me to meet with you. Now if you will excuse me, I have a colleague I must consult regarding these “adventurous experiments”. Goodbye Lowena.
