The reason why I'll never get over Daredevil getting canceled is, even though s3 is one of the greatest seasons of all time and s1 and 2 were amazing, I think the best season of the show was yet to come. When I'm rewatching dd I always choose the episodes where Matt, Foggy and Karen work together and share nice moments, cause I love their found family dynamic. The thing is most of the time they're either fighting or not telling each other something, so the choice is kinda limited. Imagine if we got entire seasons of the three of them working together knowing Matt is Daredevil and being completely honest with each other. Watching them grow, interact with new characters and fight new villains. Exploring new aspects of their personalities. I'll never stop mourning that

This happened so fast when I was watching the first time that I didn't see that little curl of his lip, that smirk.

Kudos to Charlie, because that touch says a whole lot about Matt.

He knows what this means, has already accepted it, and even with all the shit about to drop on him, he's reveling in knowing Fisk can't hold this over his head anymore, in finally ripping the mask away, knowing that even if he goes down, Fisk is falling first.

And on top of that, I just realized, oh my god: In this moment, he is his dad. He knows he's going down for this, he's accepted it, that it's worth it, but for just a moment, just a moment: ...he gets to hear the city cheer for him.

Fuck I love him, oh baby what did you do

(and like I said in an ask elsewhere: whereas Tony was our first Avenger in the MCU/Movies, Matt was our first street level hero, and we've had them both for similar amounts of time when you run the numbers. The acknowledgement of that is absolutely fucking fantastic)

Season 3 Time jump

Brad Winderbaum confirmed in an interview that there will be a one-year time jump in Daredevil Born Again Season 3.

He calls it not too significant. I couldn't disagree more. There's so much story that gets lost. How does Matt adjust to life in prison? We're supposed to believe nothing significant happens in that year? With how they handled the previous seasons, even asking for a montage seems too much to ask.
