I'm genuinely intrigued to learn more about the evolution of this city in the tech scene, but also the rich tapestry of culture, art, and culinary delights. Moreover, I'm driven to contribute to the positive development of Italy and Europe, leveraging my global experience and insights gained from Silicon Valley. I was amazed by the projects the Students of San Jose State University Animation & Illustration BFA of 2023 put together. They were so imaginative and unique, and they managed to stay within the tight confines of budget and timeline while still exploring fascinating topics. I was privileged to attend their premier at the Hammer Theatre Center in San Jose. I can't wait to be able to share their work here too! Remembering the impact of my first job on my personal and professional development

I wanted to share some exciting news with you all. After much contemplation, I have decided to move on from my current role as VP of Engineering at Databook and pursue new opportunities.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at Databook for their support and collaboration, and to all of my friends and colleagues for your encouragement and guidance along the way. I am grateful for the time I spent at Databook, scaling the applications and platform engineering team from Series A to Series B, and the valuable experiences and lessons I learned while working with such a talented team.

However, I am excited for the next chapter of my career and am looking forward to the new challenges and opportunities that may come my way and the opportunity to take a break and spend more time with my family and friends, something I neglected while being so busy at work. I would love to connect with you and hear about your new year's goals and ambitions over a coffee or zoom.
