Mother and daughter team Claudette Campbell and Iman Marcano-Sowellhave been serving Trinidadian food at Calypso in the Chestnut Hill Farmers’ Market for years. Now they have started a food truck, The Mini Trini. The food truck is stationed at Love Park on Mondays and Thursdays and serves up roti, bak and saltfish, sweet potato fritters and more. Prices run from $3 to $13.
