I just imagine walking into one specific store in the mall and all the employees are acting like this. Some are glitching. Others doing menial tasks with no end result. Whenever you engage with an employee they do the jolt and slow turn while beginning the conversation like in many of those free roam games. I would pay money to just go in that store
