I think the simple fact that dream can't at very least understand how he could be interpreted as sexist shows that Tubbo is right and Dream needs an attitude adjustment. Tubbo is practically at the point of needing to define sexism, microagressions, etc.

literally like in my mind. a lot of people do and say sexist shit as a result of being raised in a sexist society point blank period . id say even dream is predisposed to that based off of his conservative floridian upbringing but the fact that he refuses to even consider that his actions could be perceived as sexist is so bizarre

like to make this clear, no one expected punz to be someone who was scared of dream. that is crazy confirmation that someone in punz' postion (straight white guy who is popular) felt scared of the power dream had over him. now imagine how everyone else feels. everyone who is in a situation less fortunate than punz. compare this to what dream has said even today. if this was someone who did not have allegations put against them, this would be crazy information to have and everyone would be going wild, and while this doesn't diminish what punz did, it should absolutely be included in conversations and taken seriously.

just watched shubbles video - she's incredibly brave to put that much personal info out there, and I can only hope it 1) gives her closure, 2) serves as a warning to the next egirl who falls for the Wilbur soot charming guitar sadboy shtick, and 3) is enough of a slap in the face to Wilbur that he makes a proper apology to her and starts some serious therapy

the bizarre and gross ignoring of physical boundaries is. so weird and definitely not behavior that anyone should accept from a partner. but honestly what got me the most is how clearly she expressed that he did not prioritize her or their relationship, even while actively extending that effort to others. because I've been there, I've been the person trying to make things work with someone who promised to love me forever only to completely check out when the least bit of adult communication was required. watching someone who you have made active plans to move closer to and have a long term relationship with refuse to make any effort to communicate with you while simultaneously providing others with the time and support you've been begging for is just. soul crushing. it's the sort of thing that's hard to put a finger on aside from how much it just hurts. it undermines your self worth in brutal ways, and the fact that shubble already has the perspective to recognize that Wilbur is the one who was being a lazy, disrespectful, and shitty person in their relationship truly speaks to the strength of her character.

so, Wilbur soot is a horrible partner and a deeply immature man. fork found in fucking kitchen. while I generally think sharing details about bad breakups on the internet is a bad idea, if this give Shelby closure and Wilbur a fucking wake up call, maybe it's for the best.

anyway, wish I could say I was remotely surprised, (and I am a bit because the biting thing is so bizarre and fucked up and ????? 😭 girl i am so sorry thats weird asf) but I have never been under the illusion that Wilbur is a nice, mature adult. he's talked a lot about how he's tried to improve from who he was when he was younger- sounds like you've got a long fucking way to go, buddy. congratulations on not saying slurs anymore but maybe you should learn how to be a normal adult capable of self reflection and healthy relationships. also do something about the weird power play biting thing good lord man thats not normal behavior
