Y’know that “I’m exhausted and can’t wait to hit the couch” feeling? I miss feeling that consistently. Ever since 2020 I feel like I usually “put myself to bed” rather than go to bed out of need. Life used to be so go go go, but there’s so much resting now??

I’m sure it’s self inflicted, but in 2026 I wanna figure out how to tucker myself out more regularly
