It's incredible how moderns depicting Hellenic myths are completely unwilling if not outright incapable of evoking the enchanting beauty and majesty of old school illustrations of the same subjects.

Most seem to deal in said subject as just an outlet for their identity polemics or their disney tier power fantasies
