I so badly want to finish this to get a higher chance, but when I found this, there wasn't that many days left. It also took me a bit to think of his personality and "ability". I am also going somewhere for a few days so I can't FINISH HIM!!!! I had fun with this though and I really hope that I'll at least see him as a background character one day. Slumbrr-r, you can color him how every you want. You can also change his outfit since it was a last minute thing. I know he's not the best but, I hope I'll see him! @slumbrr-r
(I also forgot to mention that the defibrillator can also act as a attack mechanism. He can attach it quickly to a twisted and give a shock to paralyze them. The shock he will give is based off on how big the twisted is. If he uses it, it will likely destroy most of his medical supplies so he has to use it carefully.)
