^ i got the idea that pre hail mary grace wouldnt be on T for long before the mission and the ship provides it for him. so when he wakes up from the coma hes like Who On Earth Is That….. wait a minute. seeing himself in a mirror is such a jumpscare. i think if he had to take T through injections he would struggle for a while. i headcanon him to have an aversion to needles after what stratt did but of course he doesnt really know Why

also the bracelets are gifts from his students =)

^ this one came from thinking about what he would put on his lanyard. imo he would have some pride pins made for him by students and some science pins. and again his bracelets are gifts from students and he probably has like 20 on each arm and he never takes them off. grace do you know how much they love you
