Ava sat down in the kitchen and wondered about how to get Renard to safe place while these heartless were about. She had heard the loud noise of the largest heartless being defeated so at least she didn’t have to worry about that one. She got up and carefully opened the door and looked to see which heartless were outside. Ava saw the red bouquet, the pastel macarons, the rose, and the chocolate statue and recognized them instantly. She remembered hearing her union members talk about these heartless that only appeared in certain parts of the year. She scooped up Renard and carefully placed them into her hood. She double checked to make sure Renard was comfortable before leaving the kitchen, keyblade in hand.

The first heartless she struck down instantly was the Creeper Bouquet, remembering that this one was the weakest of the group. Her keyblade tore through the Bouquet’s tissue-like covering and flowered face. Ava quickly then dashed toward the Red Rose, choosing to slice the rose from its stem. She then cast a higher tier Blizzard onto the Chocolate Statue and then slicing it in half horizontally (knowing all that well this would be the easier route). Ava then stared down the Bitter Macaron for a bit. She then decided to chop the macaron into pieces, one piece for each color, and then sliced through the crust-like surface and chocolate filling and eliminated all four heartless in her sight.

Ava then hurriedly ran through the corridors looking for a safe room to hide Renard in, knowing that more would come and soon.

Um..........[sees heartless everywhere] [looks at heartless] [looks at the time] I’ll deal with you guys......later.

[she scoops up Renard and escapes into a local kitchen]
