In the MV commentary, Yerin said that the director asked her what year she was born in and then when she answered he wrote it down. Since itâs upside down it reads 2006.03
Yerin YOB is 1996. Nowhere on the player does it say 96.

The strange part about it is that the date is actually Sinbâs birthday. If we take the space into account then it would be 200 6.03. 6.03 is Sinbâs birthday.Â

Another thing they mentioned was lightning. There seemed to be a lot of lightning even though the song is called ânightâ from Korean.Â
The only other MV that has anything related to lightning and thunder is Summer rain. Does this mean that it moved on from something light like rain onto the more terrifying, rough lightning?Â
Gfriend (in their mv commentary for TFTMN) said that the number on the cassette player was important and it was hinted that their next MV will explain some more details about what happened in TFTMN. We can expect their next mV to be either a continuation or prequel to TFTMN. In short, get hyped for their next comeback.Â
The first scene, where she closes her blinds shows that she herself chose to close herself off. And like I said above, wearing white is kind of like death and the tarp stuff. She put the cover over herself.
Now if you read my last theory, youâd know that I believe that Sinb and Eunha are kind of one in the same person. And youâd also know that Eunha, is kind of like a god who creates different timelines to be with Yerin (irrelevant really but yes).
Now would this still make sense if Sinb and Eunha were 2 of 1?
Iâd like to say yes.
This scene (in her afterlife) shows her being quite affectionate to Sinb. I think this is because, in her afterlife, she wished to love herself as she couldnât when she was alive.
Another hint to her suicide is her burial place.Â
She is in a secluded area.Â
Why is this important?Â
In some places and religions, suicide is shunned upon and sometimes they donât get proper burials. Of course, Korea, I believe, gives victims of suicides proper burials, but I think the directors of TFTMN wanted to kind of accentuate this point so itâs a little more obvious?
Also, in the first part of this theory, I went over their reactions. Those reactions happen to people who have a person in their life to commit suicide. Yerin, Yuju and Umji kind of have the usual reactions to any deaths but the other two show differences in their reactions. Sinb, not being able to grasp that her friend would actually kill herself. Sowon, thinking about Eunhaâs death, probably even thinking what she couldâve done to prevent it.Â
âAdmin, I guess... but why do you think sheâd kill herself? How do some of these pieces of evidence even make sense? Werenât you also talking about a timeline? How does everything connect?â

The Korean on the tape translates to âFamily Tripâ (If I read it right). And what MV had some sort of trip?

They were all so happy and were enjoying themselves looking for a tape thing.Â
Which they find. Looks pretty similar?Â
Now correct me if Iâm wrong, Iâm not good with electronics.Â
There seemed to be many electronic devices in which they couldâve recorded from. So as a trip, they recorded many things and made the tape Yerin has now. So that is why Yerin cried while listening to it. Because it reminds her of the old times.Â
Moving on to Summer Rain.Â
Overall, Summer Rain was hard to analyze.
Like... what was happening! Sadness, sadness, rain and them some sort of smiles.Â
They are all kind of going through hard times.Â
Yuju wasnât able to write whatever she wanted but then, in the end, she smiles as she looks at the clearing clouds.Â
Sinb was going through some angst and then, in the end, she smiled as she held on to a book.
Sowon was always cooped up in her house and overall just surrounded by a dark aura. In the end, she steps out and she is now in a lighter saturation.
Umji just misses the sun and rainbow and is seen holding an origami boat. In the end, she puts the boat in her water-filled umbrella as if to say âOh well, life goes onâ
Yerin is just depressed about the rain and in the end... still rain...
Now more interestingly. Eunha is seen to still be very depressed at the end of the MV. She gets covered in rain and itâs sad. Something broke her heart and she couldnât get over it. Now was this the reason why she got depressed? Maybe... We donât really know...
Now how does this MV show she was depressed?
The first hint we get is overall just the rain and her being by herself.
Second hint! Look at the flowers!
The last sentence says a lot. âSending them is the perfect way to brighten someoneâs day.âÂ
Someone is trying to cheer Eunha up. That means that Eunha was feeling down.Â
Now who is that someone? I think itâs Yerin.Â
Yerinâs umbrella has daisies on it. The other members donât. Of course, weak correlation... but there are other analysisâ I made.
First
Yerin picks this up as it was upside down. In Japan, you turn these little things upside down to make it rain. Yerin holds on to it as if she doesnât know what to do.Â
I think that the rain represents Eunhaâs mood.Â
Yerin is trying to make it better. Yerin is trying to help Eunha.
Yerin is Eunhaâs source of happiness. Fighting to get rid of her depression.Â
Sadly it doesnât work. Eunha is plucking away at her happiness. She is trying to get rid of that source. As she starts to pluck the flowers (that Yerin gave her).Â
In the end. The othersâ reactions to the rain are kind of like their reactions to her depression.Â
Yuju is kind of like âDonât worry about it, youâre bound to become happy.â
