Amo knowing how Rudo acts when he has a crush is so bizarre but cute because she would notice him acting like that towards HER and she'd both feel guilty but happy at the same time
i love to think about Rudo and Amo touch and physical contact so much because it's so sweet how great it would be to them both but in their own way
Amo being excited by the feeling of wanting to touch somebody.
She was touched. She never wanted it. She never wanted to touch that person herself.
But now she wants to touch Rudo and be close to him all the time. She would be elated by her own desire to be proactive in love! It feels great! Wanting to hold your beloved person and being able to! Happy that Rudo welcomes it.
And of course Amo welcomes Rudo's touch. She is happy and comforted being held by him. Amo is excited to love and be loved.
And for Rudo being touched and held by Amo would be so overwhelming. She is so gentle and he never been handled like that. He was raised by a single father and even if Regto could have been more affectionate than most - its still not like if he had a mom.
He is horribly deprived and Amo touching his face or hands shatters his heart into million pieces. A touch so soft and caring it makes Rudo feel so vulnerable and weak. Like by touching him Amo breaks some kind of protective barrier in him and all his emotions want to spill out.
Rudo and Amo like this but to each other and for real this time 🙏🏻

Rudo seeing his feelings for Amo as something that could change his life and him as a person, shocked by the impact she has on him, shocked that he did it for himself - he invited Amo to join him in life, growth, path to become better people.
When looking for her, Rudo never stopped to doubt why Amo was "worth it". She was a stranger, even an enemy. An enemy he shown no mercy to, which he quickly regretted but still - who was she to him? Noone.
And Rudo didnt think he would pick anyone off the street like that. He wasnt in a position to do it - he wasnt like Enjin who, by himself was a support system and had Cleaners to back him up. Rudo couldn't not know this, he himself was just picked off the street by these people - rationally he knew that he couldn't just point at any sad lonely soul and ask Enjin "can we keep them?"
None of this concerned Rudo in that moment. When he reached out to Amo, Rudo didn't think about anything, it was a decision between them, it was a moment between him and this girl. The mechanics, the rational part of it only came afterwards, she was invited to come with them but refused. Rudo must have felt relief when Enjin approved of the offer "oh good he doesn't mind..its not like i could decide something like this for myself"
Feelings of selfish, exclusive attachment is something Rudo is yet to explore. But subconsciously he must know Amo is his person, not like a thing but somebody under his protection first and foremost.
Amo is not mincing her words on her end. "Rudo, Amo wants to be able to help, so she will do her best, okay?", "I'm here to make up for damage Amo caused and to help Rudo", "I want to be where Rudo is", "im going back....to Rudo"
trying to call him when she was being assaulted, crying for him when she was imprisoned. Rudo is the first person to reach out to her, and even though new opportunities presented themselves - its clear Amo intends for Rudo to stay her main person.
she is not scared or shy, she's open to new acquaintances - and Amo IS good at communicating with people
but the wish: "Amo wants to be with someone, wants to feel needed" have been fulfilled by Rudo. His family is nice but it doesn't look like Amo wants to go out of her way to know them. Rudo, who she too, doesn't know enough about yet, is her priority

imagining a day when after much time of getting comfortable in each other's personal space, Rudo takes it to heart that when he touches Amo - takes her hand, hugs her, moves in close enough that he is shielding her from the world and lets her decide if she wants to touch him or not - he is not imposing on Amo, but the opposite - he is a source of safety and comfort for her, and he can act on it, and Amo appreciates it.
It took a lot of convincing on Amo's part but Rudo is very glad for that, happy that he brings her those feelings - because wanting to reach out and hold her, have been an urge in his heart and itch in his hands from the very beginning. It's something he spent a lot of time thinking about, because it was a new feeling - he havent thought of wanting to touch other people, he wasnt a touchy person in the first place, an occassional pat on the back from Enjin used to startle him a lot.
Wanting to reach out to Amo came without thought, it's as if from that moment they had in Penta, when he offered Amo to join him in becoming better people, Rudo has been swept up by that emotion and it only grew stronger, as he got to know Amo properly.
thinking about Rudo and Amo's hair being reverse of each other for free dopamine and good gut health
i like the idea of rudo seeing amo as a version of himself that had no support and guidance in life, and making her happy proves that even the worst possible outcome of himself could heal and be happy.

Rudo's care and understanding of Amo, accepting her flaws because he can understand and empathise with the pain and anguish she's felt ever since she was young. Their dynamic means a lot to me because they accept each other's true selves without changing to be accepted.
