if all people on this website say who claim to be into old man yaoi were actually committed to the fight they'd be all over grace and frankie, a show whose catalyst is old man yaoi. they would ultimately be driven by the show's devious plots and nefarious intentions to switch to fight the good fight for old women yuri, which we all know is the true path to be on. peace and love
i have been making my way through grace and frankie properly for the first time and i just think what if they kissed. just like. what if
me every time the grace and frankie credits show grace and frankie on the top of the wedding cake: helllllllllllllll yeah!!!!!!!!!
grace and frankie season 1: oh, hey, i guess we’re actually friends!
season 2: BEST friends!
season 3: oops we have fallen in love 😬🥰
season 4-6: now we have to figure out how to reconcile the fact that we’re in love with the existence of our boyfriends and societal norms in general
season 7: we’re in a deep, committed love that death itself cannot tear asunder and angel dolly parton understands

if this time they are not baiting, and its a real coming out story for these two, all will be forgiven
the energy we put out into the universe to get canon tomgreg should now be put into getting grace and frankie together.
thinking about how Grace and Frankie has had to routinely dispose of love interests for both Grace and Frankie throughout the entire show because it just isn’t believable that they would want to be with anyone else over the other, but still do not seem to have come to the conclusion that they should just put Grace and Frankie together romantically even though that’s what they’ve been (accidentally?) building toward for six whole seasons
who is gonna tell grace hanson she’s a lesbian
still dying on the grace and frankie endgame hill. I believe in them becoming canon even more now after watching those fantastic first four eps.
by making nick live with grace and frankie constantly, grace is going to be forced to deal with her conflicted feelings once and for all. she’s going to have to face the uncomfortable question of why living with nick doesn’t work for her, why her relationships with men always end the way they do, and why she can’t stand having a husband but she can live basically married to frankie. (don’t think I didn’t notice the parallels between robert/sol and grace/frankie apologising after the waffle brunch. they’re married.)
here’s the thing. grace and frankie’s friendship seems to have reached a stagnant point. their dynamic is comfortable and no longer unchallenged by conflicts. they’re happy with one another. but the whole show has been about developing their friendship, about them learning to understand each other, about how their dynamic is challenged by different scenarios. we’ve seen robert and sol intruding on their lives in these first few eps, but this time it’s nick who’s going to be the third wheel. and that distinction is important because nick is grace’s husband, their relationship isn’t platonic, and there wouldn’t be a plot-related reason to keep setting up frankie vs nick if it wasn’t going to have a payoff. ESPECIALLY considering we are nearing the end of the series and the end of grace and frankie’s canon narrative relationship
and also, we haven’t had a love interest set up for frankie this season either, so here’s hoping my theory of grace and frankie endgame comes true.
