This is real and happening as we speak.
A few thousands people (mostly of African descent) protested in front of the Lybian embassy in Paris this week so that they would acknowledge what their country is doing and take action. Here is a petition you can sign (itâs in french but i think it can also be displayed in english) : https://www.change.org/p/contre-l-esclavage-des-migrants-en-libye-fermons-les-marchĂ©s-aux-esclaves?utm_medium=email&utm_source=petition_signer_receipt&utm_campaign=triggered&j=184438&sfmc_sub=289623271&l=32_HTML&u=34203740&mid=7233052&jb=180701

That first picture is so precious !!
The Incredibles 2 can just be 2 hours of the Parr family chasing their flaming-laser-shooting-shape-shifting-lighting-conjuring baby around the house trying to change his diaper and I would still pay to see it 15 times
Itâs funny to say âthe booshâ. I love Wonder Womanâs boosh. Itâs weird, I know, but it is what it is.
because no amount of gifs could do this scene justice
[captions] Terry: Oh, also, sheâs worried about her motorcycle sitting idle so she wants us to take it out once a day. Here. Holt: I think you should do this. Youâre more the biker type. Iâve seen you use a toothpick in public. Terry: Motorcycles are death machines. I have three kids, Iâm not risking it! Holt: Are you saying my life matters less because I donât conform to societyâs heteronormative, child-centric ideals? Terry: Are you really playing the gay card right now?! Holt: Yaas, qween.
I canât believe I just heard Holt say those words.
Also I feel like that here his line would be translated to âIâm too gay to dieâ

No one on Earth deserves to have a billion dollars.
The fact that a single person even could have a billion dollars is only possible through exploitation and human suffering.
Or though working hard and not playing the victim at every given opertunity
There are people who live in poverty who will work harder than any ceo tech billionare ever could.
And no amount of work makes you billions and billions of dollars more deserving than another person.
I would agree that no one deserves that much money, but I feel like it isnât always because of exploitation. Sometimes it is just through dumb luck.
The only people who say âno amount of work is deserving of a billion dollarsâ are people that donât have any important skills to contribute to life, have never done anything important, and will never do anything important in their lives.
Eh. Idk. A billion dollars is just too much money for any one person to have tbh.
It very often isnât one person though. Often these fortunes belong in trusts to whole families. I see your underlying point, but relatively few fortunes are just the sole property of one guy sitting in a palace.
A billion dollars distributed to a single family is still absurd and built on the economic exploitation of others, my dude.
Letâs put this into perspective a little bit. In 2015, the median salary for an accountant, which in itself has a considerably higher salary than the national average, made around $67,000 a year. On that salary, you would need to work for 14,885 years to make a billion dollars, as long as you didnât spend any money at all the entire time.
Just a little more numbers to show how ridiculous the existance of billionares is, the average American retires at age 66. If we assume you start college at 18 and finish in 4 years, youâll work for 44 years. (The age of retirement is definitely going to increase by the time our generation gets to be that old, but thereâs no way to predict exactly what that number will be) If we keep using the median salary of an accountant in 2015, youâll retire having made $2,955,920 through your entire career. Thatâs a lot of money, but itâs still only three percent of a billion dollars.
So, if you work a job that makes about 20% above the national average for 44 years, and spend no money the entire time, you can make three percent of a billion dollars.
I donât give a shit who you are or what youâve done, nobody deserves that much money.
