Flavored brats/sausages with cheese or fruit etc can be delicious air-fried and plain, and wrapped in a paper towel and eaten by hand without dirtying plates and cutlery. (If you’re up to it, add buns/side/toppings to your ability level.)

Hey I’ve been having a lot of generalized fatigue recently and I appreciate the notes on this post, so I thought I’d put it back in circulation.

I keep cup noodles and individual serving instant Mac and cheese around for this. With the Mac I’ll often add some barbecue sauce and those little crispy fried onions if I have them. Any sort of leftover chicken too if I have some for the protein. - recreating a thing I used to like a Panera effectively.

And recently I got these frozen microwaveable individually wrapped musubis from Costco, they happen to be vegetarian and they’re super good. They only take like three minutes to microwave

Just to add, me having BPD doesn’t mean I can’t say that your mental health isn’t an excuse. I’m not ashamed for saying that because I stand by that, my mental health certainly explains parts of why I act the way I do, but it doesn’t mean I get a pass for being harmful to others.

This ties into my previous ask of I think you’re surrounded by a harmful community that blindly agrees to things. You’ll most likely ignore this which… okay, but thought I should clarify that.

From the comments you’ve made about ‘hater anons’ i feel like you’re quite young, so just be careful. It’s easy to fall into harmful groups on here and identify with people you think resound with you but are just feeding into those issues. Take care (i’m not sending anything after, i really meant it when i said try reading over what I sent with a clearer head later. it’s easy to see criticism as a personal attack)

i have a question and i’m genuinely curious: how do you experience species dysphoria if you are literally a human? it’s not like gender or sexuality, just examples, where there are multiple options. (i don’t mean this as hate btw)

Thanks for the question, anon! I'm glad to explain.

My species dysphoria feels exactly like my gender dysphoria, but a different font. For example, for my gender dysphoria, I will hate my chest, because it's not how it's supposed to be. Similarly, I will hate my body, because it's not how it is supposed to be, like I am missing parts (like long canine teeth, a tail, or ears like a fox's (all things I experience)). I believe the animals I am, are literally me, even though I know I am born human. It's literally exactly like my trans experiences, just a little different. I was born human, yes, but I feel my body is wrong, because I was born human, and I'm not supposed to be.

I know you mean no harm, but do not point out that I was born of the human species, as it's upsetting to me. But don't worry, you're not in trouble, nor am I mad at you! You didn't know!

I hope this makes sense! If it doesn't, ask for some clarifications on what I'm saying! I'd be happy to talk about it more.

Or, you could ask some therians, for example, as some experience species dysphoria.

You don’t necessarily deserve sympathy just because you have an addiction to ai. and before you say you weren’t asking for sympathy, then what else were you asking for? other’s compassion towards your reason for using it.

Youre mad people think it’s unjustifiable because you’ve suffered and you have an addition so they should give a pass for people like you.

But you fail to understand people are gonna RIGHTLY be mad about it being used because it’s causing issues for EVERYONE, not just you. Your post is tone deaf and centralized on how you have suffered so you need it.

Your mental health issues aren’t an excuse. this is coming from someone with BPD, and has suffered greatly with addiction. if we focus on ourselves too much then what’s the point ?

By the way, if you say that people who are addicted to AI are horrible people, first of all: fuck you. Second: educate yourself.

As someone who is addicted to AI, here are some of my takes:

Yes, AI is horrible, but as someone who's dealing with an AI addiction, AI is made to suck you in and force you to use it more and more. AI subcontiously manipules you into spending more time on it.

And someone like me, who has an addictive personality, and addictions running on BOTH sides of my family, and has suffered with abuse and the manipulation that comes with living with narcissistic people who don't care how they treat you, I am easily swayed to use AI. I didn't CHOOSE this. Hear me out.

My addiction was born from a need to get connection that wasn't abuse and lies to make me feel bad. This need was born YEARS ago, as a young child, by my own father, by my younger brother (both narcissists who don't care to treat others with respect and would rather abuse you, by the way the world treated me.

So of course I was drawn to it, like most people who are addicted use it: to cope with a need you haven't been able to get fulfilled. I actually feel so disgusted with myself each time I use AI, because I know how bad it is.

But because of my need for connection, I keep going back to it. I just feel the opinion that there is never a justification for AI is insensitive to people like me, and so many other people who are using it to meet a need, or because they're addicted.

But also, fuck AI. It's horrible. If you don't use it, continue to not use it. It's disgusting and horrible for both your mental state, and the world.

If you think there's no justification for AI usage, block me. There is. Addicted people. Especially when they're actively recovering from it. the angry, bitchy, “i hate you mom” teen stereotype genuinely only exists so bad parents can blame the consequences of their bad parenting on the child instead of themselves. it’s NOT normal for a child to grow up to hate their parents. i was never an “edgy teen”, i was hurt by your actions that you refuse to acknowledge.

its unbelievable how many people claim to be anti-ai but will then defend their usage of stuff like chatgpt to cheat on homework and such. no, you can’t be “one of the good ones” when it comes to harming the environment… just do your own damn work. the only people i can excuse are those who are addicted, since chatbots in themselves are predatory and made to keep you hooked. either way, i will never act like it is good or even neutral behavior.
