10 ways to be happier
1. Get excited about small everyday stuff, these are the things that will get you through tough times.
2. Get enough good quality sleep. Lack of sleep can really put a toll on your mood.
3. Create a playlist filled with songs that make you happy, that make you want to dance around, that make you feel good and empowered. Use it whenever.
4. Write it out. It helps with overthinking and obsessing about the same thing over and over again. If you feel like it, throwing your page away when you’re done can feel really good too.
5. Get creative and crafty. It helps to direct your focus on something you love. I’m not an artist, but I do like to bake. Bonus point : you get to eat the whole cake afterward.
6. Keep your environment clean. When your space is a mess, your mind is also a mess.
7. Have go-to movies and tv show for when you need a pick me up. Mine are Friends and The Office.
8. Get out in nature. Forest, beach, park, whatever you got nearby. Good for feeling grounded and peaceful, and it cleanses your mind.
9. Get as much atural sunlight as you can.
10. Today may not be the best day of your life, but tomorrow will come and you will do better.

How to deal with a break up
- Take a long hot shower. Cry it all out.
- Wash your sheets. Take a nap in your fresh and clean bed.
- Put away anything that make you think of them too much. Don’t throw anything yet, just put it out of sight for now.
- Watch your favorite movie. Listen to your favorite song.
- Take care of your body. Do a face mask, give yourself a scalp massage, do your nails. Make yourself feel beautiful.
- Workout. Sweat it out. It will take your mind of it.
- Bake a cake. Eat it by yourself.
- Stay off social medias (especially theirs)
- Clean your space. Rearrange furniture. Get a fresh start.
- Keep in mind that time heals all wounds. It will get better.
