Thanks to the design you worked on with Hatsume, I was able to get everything done quite efficiently and to your exact instructions. Additionally the costume should be delivered and ready for you within the hour for you to use.

So I know that you’re single and that’s really lame so I thought of something! I’m not sure if you heard but there’s a new hero transferring to Japan all the way from America. She happens to be single too and she looks to be your age. So I thought what if I did you a favor and tried to set you up with her?
Now I know she’s like at least a foot taller than you but I think you’d look cute together and… *continues to ramble*
...is it truly that bad that im single?
i know that its not the norm for my age but i quite enjoy my work and the idea of needing to manage a relationship on top of hero work, owning a Costume Development Company, and teaching at UA isn't exactly efficient or reasonable by any standards

If there's anyone I'd want to give thanks to, it would be my students constantly pushing new innovations into support items for the next generation of heroes. I'm incredibly proud of what they've accomplished so far and cannot wait to see what they make out in the world!

With out a doubt, Hatsume.
I doubt that she ever was a leash kid from what she's mentioned offhand about her family, but out of my entire class it would statistically be her.

That is something to consider. While she has made good progress naturally, it would be a good opportunity to give her a safe outlet to discuss any deep seated trauma she carries.

I've been e-mailing and calling back and forth for what surely has to be hours now. It's almost amazing how preferable hand-to-hand combat is to dealing with the CGC's paperwork maze. It's a factory of idiots.

Power Loader finally breaks through the earth
"To be fair... you did do a very good job of hiding. You didn't make it easy and in hindsight, I really shouldn't have given you that warning a couple days ago that i was leaving ahead of time. So... while you ran, I spent a good couple of days awake going through cctv footage and scanning abandoned residencies for occupants with radio signal mapping."
"Unfortunately all of that would have taken too long so I turned back to my greatest resource. My students. I had Hatsume built a logger that notified when you would post last and Takumi took advantage of that time period to find the location you last logged in from and narrowed down possible locations from there"
"Once that was done, the process was quite simple and now we're here. So, we can do this the hard way or the easy way. It’s up to you”
“You did all that for little ol’ me. You shouldn’t have. Can’t believe you actually have brains. Thought it was kinda like a 1:1 ratio with your height.” Being mean was Araneidae’s only current defence. He was practically hostage to a man who desperately wanted him in therapy.

“But have you considered the fact that it definitely isn’t time for my therapy session. I have at least two weeks to go, y’know?” Power Loader was intimidating, but Araneidae wouldn’t admit that. The guy was short, how was he this scary?
“Please… we both know that if I give you two weeks we’re going to be in this exact situation again but you’ll be harder to find you and I don’t want to trouble Hatsume with asking Toga Himoko where all your fun hideouts are so I can give you a surprise… the surprise being therapy of course”
“So I figured it’s best to avoid that whole process for both of our sanity”
They groaned at that. Having the person who was practically his sibling be someone who would be pinned against was totally uncool. “Fine. Don’t drag her into this.”
“Of course” he pulled a briefcase from his side and slid it over
“Take this. In that case is a laptop. I’m at least understanding to the point where an intrusion of your privacy every two weeks for therapy is completely unnecessary.”
You can use the laptop however you like but I recommend you dont miss a session, otherwise I will be back again to check on you. Additionally you can contact me directly through that device if you get into trouble of any kind. Got all that?”
“Thanks, Dad.” Their tone was nothing but sassy. It was yet again one of their few defences now. And they were being treated like a small child, it was a warranted response.
They grabbed the briefcase with a heavy sigh. He could have just been handed a normal bag. They didn’t need this heavy thing. What would they tell their ‘family?’
Power Loader chucked a little remembering when Toga called him dad as well, “Of course, son. Well, I’ll be leaving shortly, patient confidentiality and all that, besides I doubt you’d want me around while you’re talking to a licensed therapist” he said while taking the time to fix the floor he broke through
“Child, if anything. If you are gonna sass me back, do it right.” Was he even publicly known to be queer? No, probably not. The just looked like a guy. Had since they debuted as a villain. “I appreciate you leaving though. I will definitely do that appointment”
“Ah, good to know, and I was being genuine there. And of course you will, I’ll know the moment you complete it and if you attempt to bypass the system for a false positive.”
“You have until midnight to start it or I come track you down again. From there it’s every two weeks with a fixed midnight deadline on the scheduled day. Oh, and happy therapy!”
He placed the last bolts into a trapdoor he installed in the floor and closed it behind him
