For what you were saying about the AUs:

Yes, most things have been created, but the best part about this fandom is seeing individual iterations of an idea, even if someone else has done something similar. Everyone has something to add. But, really, /everything/ has been done before, to some degree. If we created new things only when we had completely original ideas, nothing would have ever gotten made.

What I am saying is that you should make what interests you and what makes you happy, and not worry too much about originality. Even the most obvious observation to you might be something another person hasn’t thought about yet. As long as it’s authentic to you, there will be people who enjoy it!

I agree that nothing would've ever gotten made if we only had completely original ideas. My stories interest me but its also important that my stories attract attention. I always think about it and worry about; "what if its not written good enough?", "What if people dont like it at all?", "What if its not interesting enough?".

Posting stories without people engaging or interacting with it makes me deeply disappointed and makes me feel like im wasting my time. Yes, i know i shouldn't worry this much but i cant stop it at all

For a reason, i feel like people can't create Undertale AUs that is about all of the characters anymore because what is there left to create? I mean, theres so many ideas used n made already. The ideas that i found sounds stupid when i design them. I came up with a different idea but im not even sure if people will be interested in it—because the main focus are on the original, old AUs

I might as well stick to making comics that are about other AUs that isnt mine
