If therapy (particularly the kind that addresses the painful things that have altered our brains) were easy, everyone would be healed! You’re so incredibly brave for giving it a go! I’m so sorry it left you feeling so bad- but you’ve not let yourself down- furthest thing from it! I truly hope it’s just an indication of a painful process being disrupted. I know it’s not easy but please try to care for yourself how you would a dear friend experiencing the same situation- you deserve the tenderness and grace you would give others.
