Western Gull or Western x Glaucous-winged Gull

I'm not super confident with my gulls yet but it's gotta be one of these two options. Westerns have minimal streaking during nonbreeding so leaning the latter but feel free to correct me. :)

Doing more research it looks like 4th year sub-adult westerns can have moderate streaking so that's a possibility as well, especially with the black wingtips. Thank you gull-research.org your website design is wild and looks like 2003 but you've got that gooooood info.

Cape Disappointment, Pacific County, WA - October 18th, 2025.

Something a little different. Went here looking for birds--and especially gulls-- to photograph, but got pleasantly hit with beautiful huge waves to focus on instead. Feat. a few gulls too far for me to confidently identify. It was a beautiful trip.
