i have my window open and im listening to dawn chorus by cosmo sheldrake and i suddenly got confused if the blackbird noises are just coming from the song or if its a real bird and suddenly, they started dueting. a truly mesmerizing experience.
Non-birder friends: Now might be a really good time to have binoculars.
Me: That’s my secret: I always have binoculars.
