Practice tests/resources
I was told that my learners can access practice tests/resources to help them with their FS English and maths. Where can I find these please?

Your company has access to the Forskills resources; your learners just need to be assigned to them. Anyone with admin rights will be able to do this. Once assigned, your learners will have resources targeted to their skills gaps as assessed by the diagnostic.
Progress not showing
Our apprentice has been working through the skills tests, and has completed satisfactorily a large proportion. However the progress bars are just not updating in the system, ans therefore it is difficult for him to see what he has achieved, and as an employee it now looks as though he is very behind schedule. Tjis is demotivating, but despite asking via his mentor for the issue to be resolved, it has not changed. This has been going on for several months now. What can be done please?
The learning progress bars on a learner’s ISP will only sign off when they’ve passed a summative assessment with a score of 70% or more. The summative assessments follow the practice skills questions, and it sounds like your learner is completing the practice skills but not the summatives. If it’s ICT your learner is taking, there aren’t summatives for every topic so the tutor would have to manually sign them off.
Submitted document in error
Hi, how do you delete a document submitted in error?
You can delete a piece of evidence if you are an admin. Select the evidence and from the drop-down arrow next to the View button, select delete.

I have completed my assessments and gt the results. Unfortunately i was not aware that it us actul assessment. I did that roughly. So i got lw scores. Now i want to attempt that again. Can i do that? Because there is no option if restart or again or any thing like this. Answer me please because i need it urgently.
You will need to speak with your tutor. They will be able to add a new assessment for you.
Completing an assessment
Hi there, I have opened up my IT assessment and have read through all the questions to get an idea of what the questions are like. However in doing this I have pressed the next arrow on the last question (oblivious to the fact that is was the last question) and the computer has now registered that I have completed the assessment when I haven’t started it any suggestions?
You will need to speak with your tutor. They will be able to add a new assessment for you.
Summative Assessments
Q. Hi,
I am trying to complete my assessments. But I have completed most sections, but the ones I can’t complete, it states, I have attempted them 3 times or more and wont let me go any further.
I don’t know what to do.
A. After the second attempt you are instructed to speak to your tutor/assessor. They will be able to check through your responses and guide you accordingly.
How do I reset my password if I've forgotten what it is?
On the log in page of the site there is a forgotten password option underneath the Login button. Enter your username or email address and select the Reset button. Follow the instructions on the email you will receive to complete the reset password process.
Alternatively, contact one your site administrators or group admins who will be able to reset your password for you.
