Kaysar teaching Ian not to rationalize people being mean to him as some form of “tough love” is without a doubt the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen on the feeds. You can tell that Ian has genuinely never thought of himself to be deserving of self-love and self-preservation in the manner that Kaysar is speaking of.
