How do you take that shot where the lights are all blurred and different colors? So trippy!

ahh yeus it is. haha, I just experimented with that shot. It was really the title of some chinese restaurant that was lit up in multiple colors. Make the shutter speed extremely slow, aim it at a particular angle that you wish, then as you're pressing to take a picture, swerve your camera in different directions. Bam. Trippiness commences.
