A nice edit from the German Freestyle Slalom Championship in Berlin back in September last year.

Here we go! That's the edit from the World Freestyle Slalom Championship in Taipei (7th to 9th November 2013). What's interesting is that their is classic music again -- like in the edit from Shanghai. It seems to me that's the new common style but to be sure we have to wait for other edits in 2014.

A really nice style element, by the wa, is the use of fotos in the video. That's not really new but at the right place here :-)

Very nice edit from ESFC 2013 in Warsaw! For me the European Freestyle Slalom Championship was definitely the highlight of this skating season. Hopefully my co-MC Lina and I will be invited to the upcomming European Championship in 2014 ...

Urban Sports and Culure: Nice mash up with different urban sports that definitely won't become olympic in the next 100 years :-)

The Com by Avm Crew edit a video with Zoé and Lilli Granjon. The edit contains (at minimum) one new idea for video editing: The Crew cutted the skating flow of Zoé so that for me it looks like a bad internet connection -- jerk, jerk, jerk ...

After I realized that this is part of the edit, it comes good with the music. Only you have to realize it :-)

NUMBERS - 150 tricks at 150 places, that's the concept. And it is not boring! What it is? It is really avant garde. Why?

The filmers do not respect the rules for (post) modern YouTube-Vimeo-and-whatever-platforms-are-out-there-videos.They did it as they wanted. As long as they wanted!

The atmosphere of this film is not as excited as it should be for this length. As I can see not even a story is in there -- just tricks at different skill levels and some moments skaters are familiar with.

For the actors and filmers -- The Infamous Sktaing Couple -- this film is totally serious. You can see it in their faces: They do not smile, not a moment in their film.

And also an other thing makes this film really avant gard. By watching it one should recognize that Alex and Sasha did invest a lot of time in this project. That shows a certain obstinacy while the creation of something that one can call personal style.

Long time I waited for NUMBERS. I saw different excerpts throughout the year at the Infamous Facebook Page. Now here it is! Have fun while learning all 150 tricks ^^

"We Slalom Shanghai"

Just an other skating video but a nice one. Quite short and full of color. Times of uncolored videos with dark atmosphere are over! They where quite short :-)

Wow! That's a rush through the Shanghai Slalom Open - the world championship in Freestyle Slalom Skating this year. The Video shows all disciplins and many different skaters. Usally there are just a couple of skaters -- everytime the same ... Well Done!!

Quite historical skate video from Igor Cheremetieff and Chloé Seyrès.

(1) Nice idea not only to skate in one video at one place but also change music for every spot. Especally if you're a gurillia skater like Igor and Chloé in this video.

(2) Nice to see some tricks from Igor that he's doing in his actual promo video for the new Igor-Skates on SEBA high skates :-D
