THIS TOOK ME 8 WEEKS!!!!

I disciplined myself to eat healthier and to work out. 20lbs gone!!!! I get asked at work every day “how are you losing weight so fast?” It’s not fast it’s consistency!!! 8 weeks of not binge eating, and no drinking!!! And it’s probably going to take me 8 more weeks to be where I want to be!!!

Results like these are because I changed my mentality on food, not to eat it because it taste good but if it’s good for you!!
