So, who the hell are these characters, and who am I shipping them with?
Quintessa is my 'yume/self-insert' though she's more of an oc than a representation of me. The same applies to Quintin.
I am shipping them both with Geordi and Data from Star Trek - whom, I also ship, so naturally they are also in a relationship in my 'yume lore'.
Their official 'ship name' is four-leaf-clover, hence my tumblr username. The four clover leaves represent each character while also representing the spade card, which I thought was a clever way to tie in the significance of poker in Star Trek.
If you haven't noticed yet - there are two yumes. Why are there two yumes?
More importantly, who are they and where did they come from?

also, i'm using yumeshipping/selfshipping interchangeably and i'm not sure of the difference between these two communities, though people claim there are some, nor which category i fit into. if i'm using the terms incorrectly please let me know

He's been my favourite to paint so far and I can't help but love him dearly. I made sure to put his little Lego self next to data because in the photos they're apart💔
As some of you know, I've been struggling to keep up with my health (teeth, blood pressure and now, unfortunately, shingles...) and also my rent and bills, which have been late for almost a month now.
I want to be honest with all of you, I don't know how long I can keep up like this. If it wasn't enough, I just discovered my son has scars on his lungs left from when he got pneumonia last year, and I truly don't know how that is treated or even if something should be done about it (the doctors told me to come back for a better evaluation next month and kept me in the dark with my questions).
Now, at the moment, art is the only job I have, and I need to sell at least 10 commissions in the next couple of days just to keep up. Each full illustration commission is $80 and I ask for $40 upfront and $40 on delivery. If you want to commission me, please do, it'll mean the world to me. Or if you want to help me directly, I will be forever thankful. I will be posting daily updates on how many comms I sold in the next couple of days so you guys know how I'm going.
