Drake and Josh (2004-2007) /// Abbott Elementary (2021- )
(literature girl summer) we're back to finishing a book in two days
When I try to get the class to focus after I distracted them in the first place
“I’m sorry. That was my fault.”
When I’m trying to give instructions and kids keep interjecting with what they think I am about to say.
Me, like 95 times every single day.
When students keep trying to get my attention for something stupid

Trying to do my grading but she won’t let me
Classroom Work Day #4?
It might be my 4th day going in, maybe the 5th 🤷🏻♀️
Accomplishments:
Classroom library is 98% set up
Desks are arranged
Shelves are cleared/reorganized
Stuff to do:
Too much 😂
Classroom Work Day #1
Going in today to start moving some furniture around and put things in the general area they’ll be in. I want to be done early this year instead of rushing the last week of summer.
any group of children between ages 7 and 14 will, if left unattended for over 40 seconds, begin to form weird cults
seriously you go into another room to get a band-aid and you come back to find a quartet of ten year-olds prostrating themselves around a dirty baby sock they found on the floor and chanting “speak to us, master” and that’s just life
Jonathan Van Ness makes a valuable statement on the importance of good teachers.
Waiting for the floors to be done so I can get into my classroom like
Teachers are a treasure!
