I FINISHED THE HEAD :D I had to sew on the scales individually. The scales are made of cut up aluminum cans- each can makes only 8 scales

Gold Dragon Wyrmling Miniature

This one is technically the Black Dragon Wyrmling mini from Nolzur's Marvelous Miniatures, but I decided that I can do what I want and made it into a gold one. I painted it with Vallejo paints.

I especially liked making the base - a little treasure pile. I used metallic paints, glitter, and stamped-out golden crafting paper as coins and gems.
