AWH! I think I missed my King again. I'm sad now.

Killian reached around to her lips, pressing his against hers, caressing her hip with his hand. “Love, you don’t need to stretch the truth to get me to do that again, all you need do is ask politely.” Truthfully he was working himself up by doing it, but if Finely wanted him to keep going, who was he to tell her he wouldn’t. The concept of breakfast had long left his mind, it was now intoxicated with a single thought and that thought was Finley.
He slowly ran the tip of his hook around her waist just hard enough for her to feel it, but not hard enough to do any damage to her or the dress. This was one of the few times he had been intimate since he acquired the hook and he was still shier than he cared to admit about what to do with it. He breathed deeply into her neck and bit gently. “Is it something you would like me to do again?”
Finley smiled softly feeling his lips against hers, even if it only lasted a couple of seconds. Their kisses always ended far too quickly for her liking. But then again, everything ended too quickly for her.
"But I don't want to have to ask."
The redhead answered, holding herself close once again, her lips moving up his jaw, towards his ear, as they had done earlier. Oh, she loved this man, she had for a long time. But she wasn't going to admit that just yet. For a few moments, she realised that she had forgotten the reason they had actually left her house. Breakfast at Granny's. That was the plan. But, they had gotten sidetracked.
She felt the point of his hook against her waist, but she didn't react. His hook didn't scare her, not at all. It never really had, if she was honest. She had come to realise that his hook made him a little gentler than she would dare comment on. Finley felt his soft bite, which only made her give out a single laugh. Hearing this question, she moved her lips from his skin only to whisper her answer.
"It is."

Killian nodded his head, truth be told he had all but forgotten her birth name. She had been Finley since they reacquainted in Storybrooke and for years before that she was always Red to him. “Rosette is nice, but Finley suits you better I feel. Besides,” he paused, wondering if he should say anything at all, “… you’ll always be Red to me, my Red.” He blushed slightly at the phrase, knowing that it was cliche and quite unlike him.
"So I’ll probably keep calling you Fin if that’s what you prefer anyway." He was quite glad he had missed the curse, the renaming would have been chaos. Regina probably would have given him a horridly cliched name. As they walked the port, the sun seemed to sit oddly on the sky, Killian was always one to feel like the position of the stars and sun was always foreboding; he just didn’t know of what. Then he turned and saw the way it made Fin’s hair glisten and the trouble disappeared for a moment. He gently ran his fingers though it.
She had meant what she said. Every single he said her name, it did feel like a prayer to her. A beautiful, wonderful prayer. One that made her heart feel like it was going to burst out of her chest. He just. . . he was amazing to her. And he made her feel like she was actually worth something.
"Your Red? Oh, Captain. I was never your Red. You showed no interest when I was known as Little Red. It was only now that you showed even the slightest interest in me."
Finley answered, keeping a grip on his hand. She was dreading talking to her father but with him by her side, she would make sure it was all okay.
"That's fine with me."
She found herself moving closer, and then she stopped moving. She just. . . stood there.
"Killian. Can we just. . . stand here for a moment? And by that, I mean just. . . reassure me that everything will be alright?"

The pirate swallowed heavily, “Aye love, a few more would certainly not go astray.” He caressed her hand and ran the point of his hood gently down her back. He was in quite a position now and it wasn’t one that he was unhappy with, but it was certainly one that he wasn’t expecting. He gently pressed his lips against hers. He looked at her dumbstruck at the request to fix her dress, he was accustomed to removing clothes but not so much at putting them on.
He rested his hand on her hip and guided her around so that she was faced away from him. He unzipped her dress slightly to see what the trouble was, revealing her ivory skin. His heart skipped a beat as he took in her beauty. He gently placed a kiss on the small of her back, “Is this the problem?” he teased. “Or is it up hear,” and he kissed her higher on her back, raising the zip to match where he was. Finally he reached the top of the zip and then placed a kiss on the corner of her neck. “Has that fixed the problem?”
"I guess I will have to buy a few more then."
Finley answered, smiling still. Oh, how she adored this man. His hook didn't scare it, it didn't strike fear into her heart. And the sharp point was currently moving against her back. And she didn't mind. He wouldn't hurt her with it, he wasn't a monster, despite what most people thought about him. He was just a man, but oh, he was much more than that to her. He was everything in her eyes. The sun, the moon and the stars. They shared a quick kiss before she realised that he was turning her around.
When her back was displayed to him, she sighed quietly, hoping that none of her scars would be on display. Thankfully though, he didn't seem to notice, as he hadn't spoke. She felt his lips against her back, making her bite down on her lip, only a little. Soon enough though, the dress was zipped back up.
She leaned against his slightly, moving her head so she could look at him.
"If I say no, would you do that again?"

The pirate looked at her, for the first time in an age he truly felt like another person was his alone. “Aye, love, I know you’ve seen much of my sordid past, but you may have noticed that I am always honest with my conquests.” It was true, every woman he had ever had knew before the situation what she was getting in to and for how long. If he intended to be with someone for long haul, he was open and honest about it.
"I’m past the hussies and the drunken adventures with loose women, I want something solid and safe. You’re a constant Fin, you have been for as long as I can remember." He was letting it out not only because he needed it out, but he felt like right now, she needed to hear it too. "I love you Finley Smee and if I have to shout it from the clock tower to prove it, I will." He held her hand as she walked carefully of the ship onto the port and they began walking toward the town.
This was her choice. He was her choice. While she was aware that her father would probably riot, she knew that it would mean nothing to her. She had him, she truly had him. Her insecurities and fears were something she would have to get under control though. She didn't exactly want him to leave her.
"I may be aware of it. But it doesn't mean that I was willing to stand around and watch. If anything, I tried to stay away when you had other women on the ship. Easier than showing jealousy."
Finley said, holding his hand tightly as he began to speak to her. She loved how he said her name, but it also made her wonder. Rosette was her real name, the name that her father gave her as a child. And Finley was just her cursed name. Which did he prefer? And when he said that he loved her, she felt her half heart getting ready to pounce out of chest.
"I love you too, Killian Jones."
She admitted, biting down on her lip for a moment.
"You know, I was thinking. You call me Finley. But that was just my Storybrooke name. My real name is Rosette. While I prefer being Fin, I just wanted to know; which would you rather call me? Either way, the way you say my name sounds like a prayer to me."

"Let’s not stretch the truth now, love," he joked as she walked past him. Truthfully he was almost never a gentleman, only when it came to his pirates and his women. It also gave him a chance to get a proper look at the back of the dress, which in all honesty he wanted to stare at for a while. Once they exited the house, he waited on the stoop while Finley locked the door and prepared to leave, he was always fascinated by security measures taken by people, not just because he didn’t need any with the Jolly Roger but because he was always fascinated at how easily he could get around them.
The weather wasn’t as lovely as the night before, still warm but certainly not a bright sun. Still the gentle walk from the Whale’s was a nice one. “Do you mind if we duck past the ship love? I’d like to change what I’m wearing before we get to Granny’s.” He was feeling over dressed for breakfast in Storybrooke and his ship wasn’t that far from the main stretch of town.
"Can't I believe that you're a gentleman for one minute?"
Finley questioned, laughing to herself. There were so many things that she could say to him but she chose not to. It would be best to keep it to herself. After all, he was still her captain. The redhead took a few moments to lock the door, before she stepped closer to him, her hand reaching out for his.
"So, you like the dress, then? Do I have to invest in a few more?"
The pirate asked, walking by his side. It must of looked odd for anyone who saw them. The supposedly evil pirate and the medical student. She heard him speak, which made her look at him once again.
"I think we can go there. But I'll need you to fix the zip on the back of my dress. There's something digging into my back, probably a tag or something."
”Hungover? What are you? A girl? A pirate doesn’t get hungover, mate”
"I've seen you hungover, Captain. Don't forget that."

He looked at the woman, the thought of threatening his way out of the problem had honestly not crossed his mind, but it had now. “Finley, I’m not going to threaten your father. What would that possibly achieve?” He thought about his own words, it was true, threatening Mr Smee would not help the situation in any way, so it would be unnecessary.
"I want to be with you for a long time Finley, I can’t be making silly threats any more. Not if I want to remain a solid part of your life." His honesty felt unnatural to him, but was also comfortable with telling Finley. He took a few steps away from her toward the dock before turning his body slightly and holding out his hand to her. "Come along Fin, we’re in this first part together."
If she thought that, for a moment her father would listen, Finley would have gone to him alone, or left Killian with him. But her father would never listen. He was a loyal pirate, especially to Hook, but all loyalty had boundaries. And she was that boundary.
"I have no idea. But it just seems like something you would do."
She told him, shrugging her shoulders slightly. She had no idea why but it seemed to be one of her better ideas, if she was honest.
It took her a few moments for his words to settle in. A long time. He wanted to be with her for a long time. Before she could speak, he was walking away from her. Thankfully, he turned back and was holding his hand out. Finley ran towards him, taking his hand,
"Did you mean that? That you want to be with me for a long time?"

The captain was immediately dumbstruck, her beauty never stopped silencing him. He looked her up and down as he collected his thoughts and actually processed them before he spoke, “Finley, the brightest stars in the clear night sky that guide the lonely sailor pale in comparison.” He took her hand in his, holding it close to his heart. He found himself getting lost in her eyes, they were beautiful and when she smiled they seemed to glow.
After a moment, he snapped out of the stare, though not without difficulty. “Well then love, shall we get the pancakes or the fruit and muesli?” He asked, trying to hide his embarrassment over the fact that he was staring at her again. He put his jacket back on and walked to the door, holding it open for Finley, “After you my lady.”
Finley didn't actually own a lot of clothes that showed her off. She never really felt the need to, not until he had shown an interest. Yet, he didn't seem to notice that. She only owned two dresses and she had worn one of them the night before. If she wasn't with him, she probably wouldn't have chosen to wear another one. His words made her laugh, feeling him take her hand.
"That good, huh?"
She questioned, holding his gaze for a few moments. She could have spent an eternity with him. She really could have.
"Pancakes are good."
The pirate replied, trying her best to hide the smile that had appeared on her face when she caught him staring at her. She would have commented but she kind of liked the way his eyes glazed over when he looked at her like that. As they headed for the door, she was sure to pick up her own jacket, pulling it on as they stepped towards the door.
"Always the gentleman."
Tell Me Everything | A CaptainFin Thread
Her smile melted the pirates core, his favourite thing about Finley was her smile. Killian knew that Mr Smee would not be easily persuaded, but at the same time his control of his daughter could only stretch so far. He certainly hoped that he would not have to take any irrational actions to convince the man. “Aye, he doesn’t control you love, but his blessing would certainly make our lives easier.”
He saw the rising concern in her eyes as she spoke of Emma, but Killian knew in his heart that this concern was unfounded. His fondness for the Swan stopped with his admiration of her skills as a fighter and leader. “Her feelings are of no concern to either of us Fin, because she’s not the type who is going to come chasing me if I’m with someone else,” he paused for a long moment, longer than he meant to, “…and I chose you Finley, I have no doubt about it.”
The redhaired female couldn't have picked out her favourite about Killian in that moment. He was just... perfect. At least, to her, he was. And that only made her worry about the whole situation with her father even more. She understood that he only wanted what was best for her but she needed to understand that this was her choice. That their captain was her choice.
"As long as you don't threaten it out of him."
Finley said, still holding onto him for dear life. That was exactly how it felt though, as if he was the only factor that her life depended on. She was still scared though. Ever since Charming told her the truth about Neverland, she was afraid he would walk away. But the moment he told her that he had chosen her, she couldn't help but smile once again. Somehow, she found herself leaning in, in order to kiss him once more. She loved him. And he had said he loved her. That was the most important part.
Breαĸғαѕт Aт Grαɴɴy'ѕ | A Cαpтαιɴ Fιɴ Tнreαd
Killian kept his smile plastered on his face, though the painful truth of what the redhead had just said hit him hard. Of course, she was right, she usually was. He felt his chest beat as she pressed her lips to his head and his concerns lessened, “On some level I knew that all these years of pillaging and not caring might come back to kick me, I just didn’t think it would be with a woman.”
He looked into her eyes as she started to slink backwards, he reached out and held her hip with his hand. “I don’t know love, I think you look adorable as a woodland creature,” he told her smirking slightly, then laying a kiss on her forehead as he released her to go and get changed.
Finley laughed quietly when she saw his smile. It seemed more like a goofy grin than anything else, to be honest. But she did adore his smile. It was a rare thing for her to see. Well, actually, not so much anymore. He didn't seem to stop smiling when he was with her. Nor could she stop smiling around him. The kiss on his head was only placed there to calm him down.
"Are you complaing, Captain?"
She questioned, feeling his hand grasping her hip. She threw him a look but he made it disappear just by speaking to her.
"I am not going to go to breakfast dressed like this! I don;t care how adorable you think I look."
Fin answered, stepping away from him, grabbing some clothes as she stepped into the adjoining bathroom. About two minutes later, she came back out, stepping back towards the pirate.
"Is this better than a woodland creature?"
Fin is not pleased with the finale. She is not pleased with her father, or her captain.
She's taking the Jolly Roger and going off by herself.
AKA. . . semi hiatus until the King's return.
Breαĸғαѕт Aт Grαɴɴy'ѕ | A Cαpтαιɴ Fιɴ Tнreαd
Killian felt his mouth turn up slightly, but only for a moment. He felt like his whole world was now cradled in his arms… and in some ways she was that. “We’re not stuck Fin, we have our freedom here and we have people around us who are slowly growing to trust us.” He inhaled a breath and the scent of her hair drifted into his nose.
He placed his lips against the top of her head and then lifted her head so she was looking into his eyes. “Finley, we’ll be fine, I promise. We just need to keep our heads on straight and be where we are.” He gently began letting go of her.
The female stayed as close as she could to him, her breath calming down until it returned to her usual breathing rate. When she was wrapped up in his arms like this, she felt at ease, as if her pain was far away. It was amazing that, even with her half-heart, she could feel everything with him.
"People trust me, Killian. It's you they don't trust. And the truth is, if I can trust you, they should be able to as well. Maybe it's because of how long I've known you."
Finley spoke, smiling gently when he kissed her head. She felt his fingers moving her chin upwards, looking up into his deep blue hues. After he spoke, he let her go, which made her step back.
"Maybe. Anyway, I'll go and get dressed. I can't go Granny's wearing this."
She laughed, placing a soft kiss to his lips before she walked backwards, heading for another room.
Tell Me Everything | A CaptainFin Thread
Killian could see the concern still floating around on Finley’s face, but he was sure not to bring it up. He knew how she got when he brought attention to her worry and there was enough in the open without her stressing more. He reached out and held her hand close to him, “I would love for you to be there when I talk to your father, perhaps when he sees us together his heart will soften.”
Killian didn’t really like the chance of that being truth, but there was a chance so it was worth mentioning. As for Emma, he always suspected that he would have to tackle that problem on his own. Still, he wished he wasn’t but he knew that having Fin there would be putting her at risk. “How about we just enjoy whats left of the day today, here on the ship,” he began to take a few steps back, taking a deep breath of the air, “Then tomorrow we’ll see your rathe run the morning and I will talk to Emma in the afternoon.”
Finley knew that he wasn't blind to her concern, but her heart settled when he obviously tried to pretend he was. She had accused him of being blind once or twice before but it was during moments like this that she realised that she was glad for it. Or at least, that he would pretend otherwise. When she noticed he was holding her hand close, she smiled.
"Perhaps, though I highly doubt that. But I hope he can just understand that he doesn't control me."
Truthfully, Finley knew her father better than Hook did, even though he might never agree with that fact. Smee would not be pleased in the slightest with the idea of his captain dating his daughter. But Fin's life was her own. As he stepped back, she stood still, watching him closely.
"I think I can live with that. I just hope that Emma hasn't had a change of heart when it comes to you. I don't think I would be happy if I discovered that she had feelings for you."
