Make sure you are in a comfortable place, whether you are lying down, or sitting up, i want you to relax. After all hypnosis is all about relaxing, so when you you are in a comfortable place with no distractions, i want you to breath in deeply. Breath deeply, hold your breath for 3 seconds or less, and exhale. Just breath at a comfortable pace, just as long as you are breathing deeply, holding it for at the most 3 seconds, and exhaling it. Just keep breathing and relaxing, after all, that is what hypnosis is all about; relaxing while you breath in deeply, holding it, and exhaling.
Just keep breathing deeply for me and imagine that each breath in makes you a bit more relaxed while each breath out feels like you are breathing out all your stress and worries. Just imagine that with each breath that you are breathing in a warmth, a warmth that is not too hot and not too cold. Imagine holding that warmth in as you hold your breath for a bit, making you feel a bit more relaxed. Then finally imagine exhaling out the cold, stresses of your day, just imagine it being replaced by the warmth inside you. Just keep breathing in the warm relaxation, holding it close, then exhaling the cold stresses. Keep breathing in the warmth, holding it, and exhaling all the of your stresses and worries. Just relax as you keep breathing in relaxation and exhaling your stresses away; after all that is what hypnosis is all about. Just relaxing while you breath in warmth, holding it close, and then exhaling out your cold stresses and worries.
Keep breathing in the warmth of relaxation, holding it close, and exhaling out your cold worries and stresses. Just imagine this warmth as pure relaxation, whether it feels like a slight tingle to your skin or a warmth that glows with each breath. Imagine that each breath you take in spreads this warmth around your body, whether it starts at your toes or somewhere else is up to you to decide. Imagine that each breath out allows the relaxation to spread because you are breathing out all your stress and worries. Imagine breathing it all out to make room for the warmth, this warmth being pure relaxation. Just breath in the warm relaxation, holding it to allow it to spread more and more, and exhaling all your worries to make room for the warmth. Keep doing this, the more you do the more the relaxation spreads around your body. Just keep breathing deeply this spreading warmth, hold it, and let out all your stresses and worries. Imagine this warmth spreading all around your body, where every it started. Just imagine that wherever the warmth spreads, that your body responds with even more relaxation. And when you body relaxes more and more, the warmth will spread even more. From breathing deeply in, holding it, then exhaling; to relaxing to the warmth your body should feel very relaxed. After this is what hypnosis is all about, just breathing in deeply and relaxing so then the warmth can spread around your body.
With each word you read (hear), and each breath you take, you will feel very relaxed. The warmth spreads across your body and soon it will spread across your mind. You can imagine the warmth as a warm blanket that covers you from head to toe. The warm blanket covers every part of your body and it makes you feel even more relaxed. Imagine this blanket warming your body and spreading the warmth across every single inch of your body. Every breath in allows this warmth to spread even more, holding it makes it glow, and exhaling makes you feel nice and relaxed. Feel this relaxation spread over your body like the warm blanket, relaxing any tension in your muscles and easing your thoughts. Every breath in relaxes you further and further while every breath out releases any tension in your body.
As you relax further and further, you can allow your mind to wonder. And as your mind wanders, my words can guide it to a special place you desire to go to. Your mind can imagine a staircase, it can be any staircase you can think of. Whether it is cement steps on a sidewalk, a palace staircase that kings and queens walk upon, to even just regular home staircases. Whatever staircase you imagine, there will always be 10 steps to this staircase. Your mind can imagine that the end of the staircase is unknown to you, as a fog of a soothing color is blocking what is at the end of the staircase. This fog seems to be the most dense near the end of the staircase. While your mind can’t see past this wonderful fog, my words can help guide you down to the bottom of this staircase. My words will start at 10 and count down to 0, each number counted represents your mind taking a step down this staircase. Each step you take, the more relaxed your mind becomes. Each step only increases your relaxation, making you go deeper and deeper into that warm feeling. All you have to do is breath deeply in, hold it for a bit, and exhale as my word guide you down. Taking you first step, starting with -

Taking the final step as you completely drop down into trance

Now my words will guide you and allow you to accept a suggestion. Whenever you read my words say *sleep*, you will fall back into this state, you will be unable to resist my words. You will allow yourself to become blank and very relaxed as you are right now when you read my words say *sleep*. You will just fall back into a blissful trance like you are in now and allow my words to shape you and your mind when you read my word say *sleep*.
One last thing before my words help you out of this wonderful trance. When you wake up from this trance, you will feel a deep urge to reblog and say "deeper and deeper, feeling relaxed with foxi".
