One of my favorite things to do at work is complimenting people wearing furry art. Almost all of them immediately act oblivious to what a furry is. Then I tell them about my fursona and suddenly we’re best friends discussing what cons we’re going to.

“Oh wow I love that hyena sticker on your phone. Is that your oc or another artist’s?”

“I don’t know. It’s just an art thing I kinda liked.”

“You know, my partner has a hyena fursona. I’d love to know where you got that sticker.”

*light glimmering in their eyes*

“It’s from this one seller I met at a con named Lockjaw! Their suit has a mechanical jaw and everything! They make shirts too! Here’s their website!”

Gets them every time.

Hi, these bees are babies! They’re not clumsy at all, this is what is called orientation flights. After birth and before beginning their careers as foragers (as all Honey bees cycle through all the jobs in the Hive throughout their lifespan), Honey bees take short flights back and forth, to and from the Hive, to orient themselves with their wings and their home so they can learn its location and how to get back home after foraging! Everyone has to learn, these are just smol little baby turkeys. Bees use the angle of the sun for location so adults have a better and more direct sense of location than any human
