Like genuinely no one would care. No one would even notice. I’ve stopped texting people for weeks or months at a time just to see if they’ll ever check up on me and they never do. No one would even notice I was gone. Not even my landlord. My rent is on autopay.

Down a whole lb! Probably water weight but I’m taking this win. And that was without going to the bathroom, so once I eat my bean & cheese in a couple hours, tomorrow the number might be even lower! Crossing fingerssss

Does anyone else gag really bad on gum when it loses its flavor? Like fresh gum is fine but as soon as it starts tasting and feeling like rubber in my mouth my body goes and ejects it. Normally I catch it fast enough to take it out before I actually throw up but today I didn’t and I ended up throwing up a ton of water and stomach acid lol.

I tried B off and on for a bit like several r3l4pzes ago, but throwing up always makes me feel really weak and terrible so I never could go full send on it, thus still having a really strong gag reflex.
