One for the road

Carlos awaited Vyre's arrival at a little gem of a bar he'd found called the whispering skull; a rough little dive located practically in the middle of nowhere, yet by no means was the place empty having a row of motorcycles parked outside with their riders inside shooting pool, standing around the room or speaking to their comrades at the tables. Carlos had settled on standing at the bar, already on his second drink while he waited in more chipper a mood than usual for his friend to show so he could give her the news he was so excited to share. His finger tapped on the scuffed up wooden surface of the bar with one hand while his other hand held onto his drink, his head bobbing just very slightly in time with some old 80's metal playing on a juke box enjoying the music without getting carried away or distracted while he scanned the room as he waited.

As unorthodox of an entrance as it was, Vyre arrived at the secluded tavern through a series of electrical conduits hidden out back behind the building. With a zip-zap, her digital body manifested in a series of code until it had fully solidified.

Adjusting her crooked bat necklace, she made her way in through the door as if her appearance wasn't just highly otherworldly.

It was easy enough to fit into the rough and tough crowd with spikes, chains and dark attire. Easier was it to spot Carlos nestled at his spot against the bar.

Vyre kept her head down to avoid eye contact with any patrons. She was only here for him.
