Da piccolino guardavo sempre “Giochi Senza Frontiere”. Ve lo ricordate? Era davvero uno dei miei programmi preferiti, non mi vergogno certo a dirlo.
Guardavo a bocca aperta i concorrenti districarsi nei percorsi più impensabili e disparati, ed io ero li, con gli occhi incollati alla tv, domandando a me stesso se mai sarei stato in grado di superare quegli ostacoli. Sognando di sfidare la forza di gravità!
Giochi senza frontiere è il ricordo delle spensierate estati della mia infanzia, lo guardavo in compagnia di mamma e papà, una trasmissione semplice, che portava avanti gli ideali di amicizia ed uguaglianza. Valori che evidentemente in televisione oggi non fanno più ascolto.
Purtroppo il mio “sogno” di partecipare a Giochi Senza Frontiere è svanito nel 1999 con la fine del programma tv.
Ma c’era lei: la mia amata montagna. Il mio campo da gioco. Ovviamente senza frontiere. Italia, Francia, Svizzera...Infinite possibilità, infinite sfide, ma soprattutto tanti amici.
When I was young, I was always watching “Jeux Sans Frontiere”. Do you remember that? It was definitely one of my favourite tv shows, not ashamed to admit it.
I was blown away by those guys who were competing in such crazy games, I couldn’t keep my eyes of the tv, and I was questioning myself I would have been able to overcome those obstacles! Dreaming of fighting the gravity law!
Jeux sans frontiere reminds me the summers of my childhood; I used to watch it with mom and dad. It was kind of easy as tv shows, but it was carrying forward very important ideals such as friendship and equality. Values that clearly no longer help to increase the number of viewers.
Unfortunately, my dream of taking part to “Jeux Sans Frontiere” faded away in 1999 when the tv show ended. And then she founds me: my beloved mountain. My playground, with no frontiers. Italy, France, Switzerland…Thousands of possibilities, many challenges, but above all good friends.
